I made an order for a baby bed and mattress (in October). The delivery time was overdue and no one called or even apologized for it. The service is not even at zero, but at MINUS. The employee who is responsible for citizens' appeals generally sent it to the manufacturer of the bed (I have a contract with your company, not with the manufacturer). One of the employees (I do not know the position) assured that the goods are accepted at the warehouse. It's been 3 working days!!!!! and during that time, no one contacted me again. In general, if you need customized products, it is better to contact the manufacturer immediately. I won't set foot in Vegas anymore and I won't recommend it to anyone.
