I recommend these apartments! The apartments are spacious, clean, and have everything you need. The price is very reasonable. The location is excellent, near the center , many cafes , a park, shops.

A great small private hotel. Apartments in a house with excellent repair are rented as rooms in a hotel. Accordingly, there is a kitchen. Much better than some of the big hotels in the city.

We chose this apartment as a result of an Internet search and our expectations were fully met! This is a really great option! The hotel is located at the intersection of Abai and Nursultan Nazarbayev streets. There is parking in front of the house and in the yard. For very little money (3000 rubles) you will get a large studio apartment, where there is everything for living and recreation. A wide comfortable bed, a huge wardrobe, large mirrors, a kitchen set with all appliances, upholstered furniture, TV, water cooler, kettle. The bathroom is comfortable with a washing machine. Towels and toothbrushes are provided. The room where we stayed was completely new and clean. It's very nice! The only downside is that the road is noisy , the windows need to be closed and the air conditioner turned on in summer. There is a dining room across the street, it's delicious there. The receptionist is a kind and friendly woman, she will answer and help you with all your questions. I definitely recommend this hotel, which consists of separate apartments located in a residential building! Let's just go back here! Thank you for the comfortable accommodation!

It's a great place. We always stay here on business trips. The rooms (in fact, apartments) are always clean, everything you need to live is there. There is a place to park the car. There is a 24-hour canteen nearby.

I liked everything. We arrived much later than expected, they waited for us in the middle of the night, took care of the amenities of check-in. The apartment is clean, has everything you need, the mattress on the bed is new and comfortable, the place is quiet. We will be happy to stay here again.

We had a studio apartment on the ground floor. The apartment has a kitchen area with dishes, microwave, stove. Washer. New bed, smart TV. New plumbing. The location is around the corner of the main avenue of the city and 10 minutes to the administration and the cathedral... One drawback is that the entrance smells of cats, the usual entrance of an apartment building ...
