Обращался в ООО «ВЭКС» при приёмке квартиры в новостройке. В назначенное время приехал специалист Юрий и очень грамотно провёл осмотр в квартире, проверил работу инженерных сетей, качество штукатурки стен, стяжки полов, окна, потолки и ещё были сделаны замеры тепловизором. В результате были выявлены недостатки, которые без помощи специалиста, сам бы я не определил. По окончанию проверки, Юрий помог составить акт с замечаниями и недостатками, чтобы застройщик их устранил. Очень благодарен за грамотную и оперативную работу.

ООО Вэкс нечестная экспертиза и грубый эксперт.15декабря делал экспертизу натяжных потолков , в черновике всё написал правильно ,а в суд предоставил другую информацию, поэтому по суду фирма Райф нам исправила не всё. Искали директора фирмы Вэкс, Юрий сказал, что он, в чём очень сомневаюсь, т.к очень груб.
