Nice salon, courteous staff. Fast service. They will advise and tell you everything that interests you about the goods and services in the A1 salon. It's a pity that the connection in Gomel has become very bad, the Internet is constantly disappearing, and the connection is not catching up. I have been using A1 services for over 15 years. But we all understand why the connection in Gomel has become worse, I travel around the Republic of Belarus a lot and I will say that in the Minsk and Vitebsk regions, the Internet works better in the forest than in the center of Gomel.

I don't really like to leave negative reviews, but I have to because of the carelessness or haste of the employee. But when replacing the router with a newer one, let's say, but on the advice of technical support, because the old one has already outlived itself, the manager, the young man, gave it to me without checking it thoroughly. Because the connector on one of them was damaged, because of this, I had to connect it somehow for more than half an hour, spending both time and nerves. I am attaching a photo. I just want you to be more attentive to your customers, that's all. Thanks

There are a lot of operators and the queue is moving fast! But! There is no centralized electronic queue machine, a girl is sitting with a tablet and enters everyone into the queue with pens. And the operators have to run and call "their" client. Management, take pity on their feet and make an adequate terminal and plates with numbers!!! As in some banks and on the Regional Telecom. After contacting us, we promptly set up a queue terminal.
