Veles is a favorite vacation spot. It's not the first time we've had a vacation, it's a great place to spend time with friends. The manor itself is very beautiful, cozy, you feel at home, you can see that everything is done with a soul, interesting rooms with individual design, while each room has its own bathroom, it is very convenient. The dishes are very beautiful, and the table setting is special every time. The territory itself has a frontal place, a veranda, a lake with fish and a highlight is a birch grove. Many thanks to the hosts, decent people, explained everything when checking in, it is important not to make noise after 23.00, so as not to spoil the holiday for yourself. But these rules apply all over Belarus. We recommend it, it's not the first time we've returned and we recommend it to our friends. super

The technical part is thought out perfectly! For dancing, dancing, karaoke and (or) cozy watching of your favorite movie - this is the time! The background music above the table is two! The cubs' play area is three! There are four places for introverts, well, in case you still find yourself in a circle of cheerful friends)) And a barbecue area!! The photo zone... I can't describe everything. Therefore, to all kind and adequate people, my sincere recommendation! And I sincerely wish the owners of the estate good health, prosperity and those guests with whom I want to become good friends later!) And then I decided to call Veles with the last call, it turned out that this was a cottage complex, they told us that it would cost 200 b-r to rent, it seemed too expensive, they wanted to refuse, but there was nothing to do, they needed to spend the night somewhere, they told the hostess that it was too expensive, she dropped up to 150 b-R., agreed. At that time, we didn't know what we were shooting for 4200. It turned out to be a VIP cottage with a sauna, Jacuzzi, three rooms, kitchen - and everything is in SUPER condition!!! The attitude towards customers has deteriorated very much. They were on very important dates, the second day of the wedding and the birthday of the spouse at the same time. As a result, we got a piggy attitude! The owners flew away on vacation and left everything to their son, who, as it turned out, could not provide a Jacuzzi and sauna, which he simply could not start for 2 hours. At the same time, we learned the fact that the sauna and Jacuzzi are paid for under the new conditions only upon check-in. We have been guests of this establishment for 3 years in a row, but we did not expect such disappointment.

We stayed at the house for the New Year holidays. The house is large and beautiful from the outside. But inside it was disappointing, completely non-functional. It was inconvenient to use the house. The sleeping places turned out to be less than stated, the whole company could barely accommodate. The refrigerator is dirty, there are not enough bed linen, and there is a lot of dust on objects, things, furniture.

So, I invited the guests to the event, where the hosts told me that everything would be fine. And I noticed, is there enough bed for everyone? They said : of course , don 't worry ! It 's night , it 's time to go to bed , I count 4 bedding sets on all floors , and sometimes not full- fledged , sometimes without a duvet cover , sometimes without a pillowcase . There are about 8 beds , I don 't remember exactly . I call the owner: he says that everything should be fine, check it out! I say :No, come make sure! He comes , agrees , leaves . He returns with the words : there is 1 set , I can 't offer anything else ! Maybe everyone gets drunk at night and many people don't care where to sleep, but I couldn't arrange the guests like that! As a result, I had an event, but I slept on a semicircular bed with my legs hanging down to my knees without a bed, because my conscience could not allow me to put guests on it. I gave each of them 1 sheet, and we covered ourselves with blankets without a duvet cover. And the second point is that the appliances , plates and the area where it lies are in a not very clean concoction , if anyone is a pedant . I was disgusted , washing the dishes to put on the table . There are no questions about the rest.

It's a terrible experience. This is a private family home. They don't register anyone (which is probably a plus for some) and don't even ask for a name. The interior is very depressing - a mixture of psychedelics and a brothel. The hostess is a very grumpy woman - first she asks for payment, and after the fact of payment she asks, "well, are you staying?" There are no knives and forks (although these are apartments), there is almost no linen. There are no packages in the trash cans. In the evening, we pulled out a military key from the door, which can be used to close the room. That is, I slept with the door open.

On the evening of 17.01, I arrived to book a house, there were a lot of words that there were so many people willing for my date (02/15/2025), so we need to book faster. I announced 15 people, but by 21.01 I knew that there would be more guests and immediately told the hostess that I wanted to cancel the reservation, because there would be little room for comfortable accommodation for such a number of guests, and I would not like to sleep for 4 people (3 days have passed). As a result, they write in the contract that this is a pledge, that she does not believe that the terms of the contract have changed significantly, that if she does not find people on this date, she will not return the money. I would have understood the situation if I had cancelled the booking in a couple of days. There's more to the human attitude towards customers. 500 rubles were not returned to me. Now I don't even know if there were people on that date.

The entire estate was filmed on August 16-17, 2023. During the negotiations, I immediately warned the hostess that 15 beds were needed, so there would be 3 families, five of them 70+ and three children. The hostess assured that there are beds for 20 people. We paid for two days in 1953 bel.rubles (which is $ 600 or 60,000)) Three families from Latvia and different cities of Russia arrived. We were shocked by the conditions: 1. There are only five bedrooms, two of them in the basement, walk-through 2. There are only seven beds, of which three huge sun beds, one sofa stained with old stains, three double beds. We had to sleep in threesomes, four of us on the same bed with children and grandmothers, which was extremely uncomfortable 3. There are two rooms in the basement, a shower right in the room behind a transparent glass. To wash, I had to kick everyone out of the room 4. The door to one of the toilets is about 30 cm narrower than the doorway! When you are sitting in the toilet, which is also in a walk-through place, you are being surveyed by all those passing by 5. There is a huge porn poster on the wall in one of the toilets. And I warned you that we have three children and a 15-year-old teenager with us. It was unpleasant to answer the children's questions. 6. Sheets and pillowcases are stale, damp, washed. The blankets are discarded, shapeless, the towels are washed gray with a hole. 7. It is very damp in the basements and the bed is all damp. When they took the bedspread off the bed to make it up, there was a dirty, hair-covered sheet under it. I had to put short sheets on the bedspread, not the size of the bed 8. A very small kitchen area - two comfort plates and a 60 cm wide work surface. Cooking for 15 people was very inconvenient, as well as washing dishes by hand, there is no dishwasher 9. The dishes are all of different sizes, some with chips, I had to choose. 10. The rooms were very sloppily cleaned. From the good: 1. The yard is cozy, although very small, it looks much bigger in the photo 2. There are a lot of trees in the yard, a squirrel is running. 3. Good barbecue, campfire area The total conclusion is 15 people - we will not come here anymore. They did not swear on the spot - there was no time to find another place to live, as they gathered for only 2 days. I wrote the review only to warn visitors about such unpleasant surprises. If I had read such a review, it would have helped me a lot.

The first, basement, in which two rooms, well, sooo damp (they asked to flood, they said summer, we won't) Dirty, damp linen.the canvases are gray. There is nothing to cook on , an electric stove was offered .The dishes in the stacks are dirty. They asked for drinking water , there is no water either , but drink there is some kind of tea in the kettle and the tea is the same. The wifi did not work , there is no connection. The TV is also small, the refrigerator is small, without a freezer, everything is dirty, even the football that is in the photo is also broken. Wherever you go, it's either broken or dirty. Well, the most important thing is a shower!!!!!this is a transparent cubicle, opposite the bed on which to sleep. My daughter and I arrived , so how do we wash ?And the hostess said , well , come to an agreement somehow among yourselves.sauna +$50, jacuzzi + $80 There's no place to cook, it's cold to sleep, we slept in our clothes. We arrived late , we no longer had the strength and time to look for something .They asked to return the deposit, the hostess said that she had a queue right here for all this and would not return the money. Somehow we agreed on a refund of part of the money ( and then she began to count her services in euros at 20 euros per person per night ) returned 2.5₽ In general , we spent the night somehow , left in the morning Do not recommend this hotel to anyone, one negative !!!!! The shower doesn't work normally, everything flows to the sides but not at you, there is no bed linen on any bed, and so the territory is beautiful, a large house and a beautiful hall. There are no questions, we were guided by the date later. After a while, the hosts informed us that our original date was being released and we could come. We were very happy, approved this date and began to tell each person from our group that we could still come on that day, as it was the most convenient for us. When friends are 20-30 years old, it is already very difficult to gather them all in a large group on one day, because almost everyone already has a family or other business, so for us that initial date was very important. A few days later, the owners write to us with the wording "Fortunately, those guys will still be able to come." We have already prepared people, started shopping and we are being deployed due to the variability of opinion of someone there on the side. Well, happiness, no other way. With all due respect, I think this is extremely inappropriate behavior and I believe that we need to work on the booking system and discuss such issues with customers. It is very unpleasant to be in such a situation and there is no desire to have any business with the owners anymore. Because now there is simply no guarantee that while we are negotiating, another more desirable client will arise and we will simply be dumped. It's disrespectful, even though the first trip was wonderful. It turns out that we met according to our clothes, but we see them off according to our mind. We could have been warned that there was a possibility that previous customers might want to return on our date, but this was not done. In fact, it turned out to be a deception, and no attempts were made to avoid this situation. Apparently, whoever has more money for the event has the right to book.

We booked the estate after paying 30,000 rubles in advance. We arrive by car from Moscow to the place at night. And it turns out that the 5 rooms indicated in the announcement do not exist. They seem to be there, but they don't seem to be there. There are only 2 rooms (both without windows by the way) with a door and 4 walls. Everything else is either walk-through rooms where it is impossible to retire, or a common rookery with mattresses. In response to our comments, Valentina said that the announcement did not indicate that these were bedrooms. It's just rooms. I've been booking for so many years, this is the first time I've heard about such a division. The owners refused to return at least some of the money. Tired after the road, we had to go to the city in search of a hotel with 5 available rooms. Of course, on Friday night, everything had been packed for a long time. Only after 3 hours of searching and calling all the hotels in the city, we managed to find 2 rooms, and somehow get into them. The impression of the owners is simply disgusting. Inhumane, inhospitable, in fact, left us on the street at night. I don't advise anyone to stop here.
