I ordered a dress. We discussed the size with the manager. First, I ordered the size that I usually buy in the store. The manager said it would be too small for me. I ordered more. The dress has arrived. Beautiful, well-made. But very big. Especially the knitwear. Now the refund is at your own expense. And it's a long time to wait for money. Besides, it's public holidays. It's probably not worth ordering any more. It's inconvenient without fitting. I ordered the dress at the end of December. I sent it back on January 4, and the payment was sent to me on January 13. Today is February 8th. There is still no money. I paid more than 700 rubles for sending it back. That is, only losses- time, money. Is it really impossible to do a fitting? And making a refund if the product did not fit? I won't contact you anymore, although the models in the pictures are interesting.
