A normal, cozy hotel, good breakfast. That's just, the staff often forgets, then towels, then shampoo, then soap, you need to be reminded. But the reception responds quickly, immediately brings it to the room.

We stayed with my husband at the end of October 2019. We traveled by car from Moscow to Andijan. Thank you, the staff, very pleasant communication - reception, restaurant, maids. A cozy hotel in the city center. Cleanliness and order. Beautiful design. There was one unpleasant moment left in my soul. But it's just not worth spoiling my impression of the city and the country. Overall, I'm thrilled :)

The hotel is cozy!!! This is the 3rd time I've stayed here! The staff are mutually polite! The food is not bad either! You can come comfortably and with your family too!
It would not be bad if a swimming pool and a gym were provided on the hotel site!!!

A very nice hotel, but I took 2 arrivals for a restaurant that was not working in the evening. I understand that it is a post, but this is a HOTEL, it is by definition for guests and everything SHOULD WORK!

After a long train ride, you just want to lie down and you will find the Vella Elegant hotel next to the station, with a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfasts are excellent, there is plenty to choose from. There is a large swimming pool in the courtyard.
