Good cuisine, reasonable prices. The menu is weak, it would be possible to diversify and expand the list of dishes in so much time.
Pleasant service, but with one oddity - if you are a girl, ONLY the male part of the staff smiles at you. The girls here are as unfriendly and nervous as possible. It's like I owe them something or did something wrong.

- And I think the owners should definitely resolve the issue with a new mixer - it often breaks down - we can't drink our smoothie after a workout. Maybe buy a spare one ;)

Good afternoon, my husband and I are regular guests of the Velmi cafe) and of course, for several years there has already been a comparison and understanding of how it was and how IT BECAME!. We like everything from the kitchen to the staff. BUT! we have never met such an arrogant and arrogant catering employee. Namely, the administrator Margarita. The facial expression and tone with which this "sweet" lady communicates leaves much to be desired. It was worth even taking the time to write a review. Because it doesn't fit into any framework anymore. This is not the first time the situation has been repeated, so we ask you to take action. It is a pity that because of one employee, the whole atmosphere and comfort of visiting changes. We would very much like to continue to come to you if there are fewer such friendly "employees".

Everything that was ordered from the food was very tasty. A cozy place. There are always places in the parking lot. Delicious coffee, you can take it with vegetable milk (for this a separate respect). But Raf is served in a cool huge mug)) It's the most delicious one I've ever tasted here. However, sometimes it is too sweet)) I recommend. Good portions, quite adequate prices. 👍🏻

To say that the price does not match the quality... is to say nothing.
The extractor hood does not work in any way and after having breakfast here you will remember about it for another whole day, not only because of heartburn.
The taste of food is a subjective question, but when it is abundantly filled with "store-bought" sauces..it is problematic to comprehend it.
Who writes that this is the best cafe in Minsk ... probably its owners))) In this area, go to Buns, Bro Bakeries or Contrast - You will be very surprised by the contrast in every sense.
In fact, this is a "2", 1 point for a pleasant waiter who understands everything and tries to smooth out the corners and for coffee "not from the menu".
Guys, you have a passageway from the district and the fitness center, take it and work, you can't treat your business and people so mediocre, sooner or later they will just start bypassing you.

For which I give one star.
We took the lunch menu:
1. Pickle (not bad, but brought a slightly warm temperature)
2. Chicken cutlets with mashed potatoes. A separate story😂
Petrukh's semi-finished cutlet "Cream with cheese" the price in the store is 6 rubles for 4 cutlets, we tried it exactly like in this cafe. Here one patty of Petrukha with mashed potatoes is served for 10 rubles.
Mashed potatoes are made on water, completely tasteless, the unfortunate three tomatoes are a bonus.
3. Coffee, I managed to take a sip and realize that cheap nescafe brewed in cups is much better. The grains are terribly overcooked, which gives a bitter and sour taste.
Either close with such success, or hire chefs who can make an ordinary cutlet themselves, and not from a semi-finished product that can be found on store shelves and cooked at home.
