Five years later, I can safely say that this store has the best service, at least I can answer for Eugene. Excellent salesperson/consultant/craftsman. Before that, I was in 5 different services, where I was bred to "repair" and buy parts from them, and they literally fixed it all for a penny, saying that it would last a long time, and so it was, although for the sake of interest I came to another service and they said that the switch was replaceable, but after Eugene's tinctures, I rolled back many thousands more km. This means that they are not chasing money, but reputation. Not to mention that some small thing can be done for free. Therefore, in my subjective opinion, this is the best service and I recommend it to all my friends, no matter how beautifully they sing in other stores/services.

A great store for an amateur cyclist. You can find any product on the subject in stock in the store, which is what I often do. There is a bicycle repair shop whose services I also used. Special thanks to the Master who figured out how to rid the bike of the strange creaking of the chain that appeared - although it was cleaned and lubricated, it continued to rattle like a tank caterpillar.

I once ordered rubber for my bike, I waited a couple of days, but it didn't come what I ordered. I called the store and said that the wrong product had been sent. I was told that I need to send it back. That's what I did.
A couple of days later, I received a notification that the product had arrived at the post office. I wrote and said I could take it back. But they didn't answer me. As a result, I waited a couple more days until the goods were picked up and the money was returned to me.

The consultation is exhaustive, the assortment is as wide as possible, as they say, for every taste and purse, the guys are definitely in their place!!! I would say the prices are lower than the city ones, but I didn't monitor them much, for me the main thing is the absence of "evaporation"!!! We wanted to rent a couple of bicycles here with a young man and at the same time look for bicycles to buy.
There was only one name from the "rental" here. We were offered only one bike each, we were given no choice at all. Not to mention that they wanted to sign a contract with us without first showing the bikes, but we insisted on our own. The bikes turned out to be in poor technical condition + I (a girl, 1.60 m tall) did not have a suitable bike, although I was informed by phone beforehand that there would be. In general, after examining the bicycles, we, of course, did not take them.
I would also like to note the extremely low level of service. The employee answered all questions very sharply and irritably, as if we were distracting him from something important, even though the store was empty.

I am satisfied with the work of the store, there are no complaints here. The site is very convenient, it is easy to find the necessary product. The delivery was a little delayed, but I would still have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the ordered wheel collection service. The front wheel had a runout of 1 mm, let it be the norm, but the rear wheel already had a runout of 4 mm, and this is clearly visible. In addition, both wheels were not centered relative to the hub. A subsequent check on the strain gauge showed that if the values on the front wheel were more or less even, then they walked very strongly on the rear wheel. In general, the wheels had to be stretched additionally before installation, which took more time and money.
