There is absolutely no anger, they were very upset, asked me to adjust the forward gear, they didn't even take it while I was waiting. They reconfigured the brakes for some reason, which were configured for me, they said my problem was solved by replacing the mounted 200-300 R. On the advice of YouTube, I sprayed grease on a coin, everything works. They took 35 rubles for work that I did not ask for. I planned to buy something at the store, but since they said that everything was bad with the bike, I did not do it.
