I gave the bike away on Monday. The task is surface maintenance. + replacement of the rear bushing, if necessary, replacement of the chain, adjustment and adjustment of the rear wheel from 8, brake adjustment, gear adjustment. I called on Friday - the bike is not ready, I called on Saturday - a day off (Saturday and Sunday) (I want to note that all bicycle and electric repair shops work on weekends). I called the doctor on Monday - I'm not ready yet. Monday afternoon - the master calls, explains what is wrong with the bike. - I: _ OK, replace if possible, I will pay. Everything seems to be OK. Tuesday - master: everything is ready, you can pick it up. The working day is until 19.00 at the bike house. I came to get my bike at 6.10 pm - it was closed, I waited for 20 minutes, no one came. I called, but they didn't answer. He went home. Closer to 19.00, they called back. Wednesday I'm going to get my bike again. I called back earlier, so that it wouldn't work out like on Tuesday. Arrived. They take out a bike. God, where have you been?! All I saw was a greased chain. Further, the brakes are not configured, the speed delay was from 5 to 4 and to 3 and remained, The rear wheel was walking 8-coy and walking, + the wheel idling just stops after 5-6 seconds. We changed the spoke - I did not see this replacement. They showed a needle, like mine, bent. I rolled out, sat down to drive and immediately, voila,! the steering wheel twisted to the right ... (( I called the master - take it and ride a bike?! I drove through - Well, I forgot to clamp the steering wheel. Yes, it was already possible to deprive everything for this. Especially for the master who claimed how much it costs to replace the rear bushing. - Price list

Although I arrived on the whole bike, there was nothing suspicious. They asked for 90 rubles - the question is for what kind of work 90 rubles. I only paid 50. At least let them be pleased for greasing the chain. I strongly advise against this bike workshop and bike shop called "Velohouse"... I was very upset and pleased, the Master said, let's not pay and just leave? I was ready to pay at least something for at least trying. No, it was necessary to call the head of the udomaster and insert a claim for non-payment. I paid 50, but it was possible not to pay and I would be 100% right. I don't even know how to advise you?!) I consider this organization not competent enough in its repair issues, and also not ready to become a store, since I do not offer replacement parts with an order. Guys, maybe you don't have any revenue or don't have a budget reserve for the purchase of necessary spare parts? When you fix it and there is a need for a replacement, why don't you offer it? Buy and change?!) no need to push back a damaged product - this is not a repair...! I've Said it All...

Yesterday, the camera on the rear wheel of my bike was changed here, I clarified the reason. As a result, I paid 15 rubles for the work and 20 rubles for the camera. After driving 20 km today, the tire was flat again. In another service, I was told that the problem was with the tire and it needed to be changed. As a result, I had to change both the camera and the tire again. I think it could have been done yesterday at this center, but the specialist did not say anything, only tore off the money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. I will not contact you here anymore.

I strongly advise you not to contact them!Because I turned to my e-bike to buy a PAS sensor, they did not provide a connection diagram, moreover, when they were in the store, they offered to connect myself using the poke method, which caused my controller to fail.And later it turned out that it was necessary to +k + and -k - and so I would not have ignited the controller .It is better for them to engage in simple bicycles, and not even advise anyone in electronics !

I just want to express my huge gratitude to the guys from velohouse.thanks for the high-quality disassembly and packaging of two bikes) they are great themselves: in the photo 3 is a fatbike weighing 26 kg. The wheels went in a separate box, they did not fit into one) the second led- in photo 4 with a pink bottle, perched next to the same two swallows purchased by dominos.by for couriers. So to speak, a friend among strangers, a stranger among his own) the weight was with a box: 20.5 kg
As a result, two bicycles left for Georgia in three boxes, they were accepted at the post office without questions, if anyone is interested, for about 50 kg of total weight, the price of the shipment issue was 370 rubles, disassembly and packaging was only 60 rubles. So if you emigrate/relocate and don't want to leave your favorite bike here, I recommend the guys from @velohouse.by 😊

Can I not put a star? After an expensive repair, the bike will fasten wildly. Especially the "non-killable" pedal. After applying for a warranty (14 days, as it were), they tried to take money for a replacement, through their fault, again. A boorish young man will try to make a fool of you if you have a claim. Read them carefully. And remember, you're always wrong and you don't understand anything.
