I strongly do not recommend this store for bike repairs!! I brought a bike to adjust the brakes, for professionals it is 20 minutes of work. But this was not the case at all.... The "Master", without even removing the caliper, said that most likely he would not help me, began to say that the bike was not cool, but of an average price category, etc. And still decided on the feat and took off the rear caliper. After installing it in place, he tore off the thread in one of the holes. And then it started...... The checkmate began, the conclusion that "You have a g...." is great (almost verbatim), that I originally brought him a bike with a torn thread... Although the joint was exclusively his. After a few more minutes of panicking, he said that he would give the bike back in a week and for 50 rubles !!?? I took the bike and restored it in two hours at home. I didn't hear any apologies or anything... There is no customer orientation in the store at all. If it were possible to put "minus five stars", then I would.

The store itself is large and spacious. The range of bicycles is good.

If you want to buy a bike, buy it, and then what? then they will tell you that the previously promised one-year warranty on consumables is bullshit, they said that the bike manufacturer refuses to do this, allegedly you get a meager discount on a spare part from us, they say, buy and do not be sad, I do not recommend contacting this store, they asked for photos of the breakdown and did not get in touch further. In fact: the warranty on consumables is one year, the warranty on the frame is 3, only half a year has passed. If I had known about such a disregard for warranty service, I would never have bought anything here.
