I bought a Stels Mustang v20 bike for 538 BEL. rub. today 04/16/2021 at 13:41 in the Veloplanet store. The bike was brought, I put it in the room, and at 16:45 (three hours later, without using it at all) I noticed that the tire was flat. After calling the specified numbers on the website, I was rudely told that it was not worth being surprised and if I had a desire, I could bring a bicycle myself to replace the wheel. But I think this requirement is unreasonable, because only three hours have passed since the purchase, and why should I waste time and think about how to deliver it to the store when the purchased bike is broken. At the same time, the purchase lasted three days. 04/14/2021 it was ordered, 04/15/2021 promised to be delivered, 04/15/2021 there was silence all day until I called myself. As a result, they promised on 04/16/2021, again, I couldn't stand it and waited half a day, I called and only then brought what they brought. Muddy office, go around.
