It is unclear how the rim could have been bent, I suspect that they were kicked out at the moment when they sat on the rim from opposite sides of the rim. I got to 15,000 thanks to their help. In the process of work, the provided camera was destroyed, and replaced with an unsuitable one with the bending of an excessively long nipple. The very next day, I had to change the new tire and camera again. The director (or manager) behaves inappropriately towards his own employees in front of the client. I suspect that a similar attitude towards customers is possible.
