I replaced the worn-out parts, cleaned and lubricated the ones that hadn't worn out yet, adjusted the brakes and gears (it seems they weren't set up at all from the store), and even sawed off the rear flap in the right places so as not to interfere with shifting. In general, I revived the bike of the 14th year, in which, apart from the brake pads, pedals and seat, nothing was changed or properly cleaned. Thanks!
