The first time I came by 11 a.m., there was no one there, but apparently since the evening there has been a sign with a break until 11:45 a.m. I come the second time - the same thing. I call the owner - the master arrives at 12.05 pm. Dear owners, do not mislead others, decide on your work schedule. The workshop is working well, the master is excellent, competent, but I will give one star for non-punctuality.
