We were looking for a women's city bike for my wife. We found a lot of models on the website, called the store, and found out that many models of interest are available at the store in Arena City. We arrived, looked at it, it was very convenient that we had the opportunity to drive. The consultant girl answered all the questions and helped with the selection and installation of accessories. I've been looking for a specific bike model for a long time, but no one could even offer it to me. Everyone tried to get a model released a year earlier with different parameters with the sauce "It's exactly the same, only 2023," but it was a hoax. My last hope turned out to be this store, which I accidentally noticed while in the mall. From the very first moment, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of communication between consultant Alena — without fuss, calmly and kindly) The consultant listened carefully, clarified a couple of details and immediately told all the points of purchase and delivery. She didn't just "sell" it, but honestly told me, offered to try on a pawnbroker, answered all my questions, and even shared a couple of useful tips on maintenance and buying additional accessories)) To be honest, I am a moody customer, and I am often unhappy with the accommodation and the way the consultants communicate, but to my surprise there was no side to the communication, only positive impressions remained — it feels like the store really appreciates the customers.
