A week has passed, we are being fed breakfast, postponing replacement, repair, delivery, etc., etc.... then on Saturday, then on Sunday, and now "exactly on Wednesday" a certain spare part will arrive.. I think none of the employees of this store would wish such a gift to their child, much less their grandson. Yes, communication took place with Pavel, who, referring to Artyom, who did not know which spare part was to be replaced, but they know in the service, and the director "does not decide anything at all", and moreover, he is now "abroad". Maybe emotionally, but as it is. The situation has not been resolved so far. The money was paid a week ago.
