We were unlucky initially. We ordered an expensive bike model Samebike lo26 for our grandson as a gift. He chose the model himself, money, as they say, was collected by the whole world, they wanted to please the child, he graduated from school "perfectly", so they decided to pamper him, besides, he contributed himself, worked in June, and also contributed his salary to the gift price. We ourselves and the child were very disappointed when it turned out that the bike delivered (by the way, not as quickly as we wanted, we waited 3 days) turned out to have a non-working charger. As a result, the mood and the overall impression was spoiled. A week has passed, we are being fed breakfast, postponing replacement, repair, delivery, etc., etc.... then on Saturday, then on Sunday, and now "exactly on Wednesday" a certain spare part will arrive.. I think none of the employees of this store would wish such a gift to their child, much less their grandson. Yes, communication took place with Pavel, who, referring to Artyom, who did not know which spare part was to be replaced, but they know in the service, and the director "does not decide anything at all", and moreover, he is now "abroad". Maybe emotionally, but as it is. The situation has not been resolved so far. The money was paid a week ago.

I bought a bicycle of the Legends Aspect in gray in this store. It turned out to be the only store where I found the bike I needed in stock, while the store employees were not too lazy to consult me and clarified the details I needed to buy a bike. The speed of delivery was also impressive. The next day after placing the order, the bike was already at my house. After the purchase, only positive impressions remained, if necessary, I will definitely contact the bicycle network again!

I bought a Polar Helix XL bike and body kits for it (bogs, trunk, reflectors, bike bag, pump, lock) at the Velosrt store. I live in the city of Grodno. The seller (Artyom) quickly and clearly explained all the nuances by phone and helped to choose a bike model and body kits. The bike arrived in 2 days. Everything was assembled and configured. I cut off the packaging film, turned the steering wheel and drove straight away! I am very happy with the purchase. Many thanks to the Velosrt store and Artyom personally!
