I asked about the complete repair of the Merida Big Nine 100 bike with the replacement of a number of leading nodes. I should immediately note that I have applied to other workshops in Minsk. But in one they did not pick up the phone, in the other they did not find mutual understanding with the master. Dmitry Velostran and his assistant were immediately bribed with a professional and responsible approach to business. Clearly, to the point. And most importantly, it is affordable. It's no secret that the desire to "snatch" an expensive and even unnecessary detail is common for sellers in any field. But not here! I've heard a lot of bike repair options, and I've been offered affordable and high-quality repairs. On the very first day, I had the opportunity to try out a bike and rode fifty km. I immediately remembered how it worked when I first bought it - like a watch! I thank the craftsmen for their work and professional attitude! It would be like that everywhere. A store with a good assortment, bicycles of quite well-known brands. The staff is polite and professional, tell the nuances and give excellent advice. If necessary, there is delivery. Overall, I liked the service and I recommend these guys. There is a small fly in the ointment, when selling, they promised to hang a bicycle call (a penny gift, but nice), but in the end they delivered a bike to the house without it.

I bought a Giant Temptation bike from the guys at Kirova 23, it was the third bike I bought in this store. I was very happy with the bike. I didn't have any problems riding, but one day, while riding through the woods, I fell and my hydraulic brake handle broke from the fall. I arrived at Kirova 23 where I bought it, but before that I thought that I would have to completely change the entire brake, the cost of my brake model is about 200 rubles. They tell me to leave it, we'll do it, I left and left and didn't even specify anything, I was worried. When I arrived an hour later, I was pleasantly surprised, everything was done, there was the same brake handle as I had. The guys said that they had a separate one and they installed and upgraded and adjusted everything. Everything worked perfectly. It cost me a purely nominal fee, which is equivalent to a cup of coffee and a chocolate bar.
Once again, many thanks to the bicycle store on Kirova 23, although it was not a guarantee, but it was done as if under warranty, everything is great, super!

So, I feel that the vacation will pass and I will not go anywhere with the child (

When I was riding with a friend, the camera broke through. We found the nearest bike workshop on the map and unfortunately it turned out to be this one. When I asked if they had a camera and asked to change it, they told me that they were not engaged in repairs, they could only sell, and they sent me outside to change myself, although the tags indicated a bicycle workshop. After that, I asked the "master" to see if the tire was damaged and if the wheel rim was bent. The "master" made a very unhappy face and said - okay, we will change it ourselves, it will be faster this way. As it turned out, it was a mistake and I had to change everything myself. It took more than HALF an HOUR for these "masters" to replace the camera with a tire. When the "master" was putting the wheel back on, he encountered an unforeseen problem. It turns out that if there are no brake discs, it is impossible to put the wheel in an inflated state, since the brake pads interfere. It seemed to me that everyone who has ever removed a wheel on a bicycle should understand this. And what do you think the "master" did? Blew off the wheel, because they have a compressor there? Of course not. He began to loosen the brake cables. It took him a very long time. As a result, when everything was ready and I had already left the "workshop", I found that it was impossible to use the brake. The cable is so much relaxed that if you press the handle to the limit, the effect is zero. Besides, they didn't even put the chain in place. My friend also asked me to pump up his wheels. They handed him a pump and told him to go pump outside. Let me remind you that they have a compressor there. To understand the absurdity of what is happening, a good camera replacement takes 3-5 minutes and it will be a clean, good job. Of the advantages, I can only note that they took 5 rubles for the "work" and at the same time trimmed the wheel. Although considering all of the above, I will stop by a good workshop at the first opportunity and check the wheel there. If you are not engaged in repairs, then why is the bicycle workshop tag shown on the maps? I think the answer is very simple. They are engaged in repairs, but they are lazy without the slightest experience. I strongly do not recommend this place to visit, especially to buy a bike. It's unlikely that the people who work there understand this.
A small addition. I've taken a bike now for that before the start of the season. As I wrote above, these "masters" leveled the wheel - tightened the spokes, and while they were doing this, they were outraged for a long time why my wheel was so crooked. It turned out that these "masters" had incorrectly placed one spring, which was why the wheel was tilted. I mean, I'll say it again.: THEY put the wheel WRONG, and then tightened the spokes so that the wheel looked straight in the WRONG position. While I was writing this, I realized that I also had to ask them to check whether these "masters" had installed the camera correctly, since everything they did was done wrong at the root. I think it's legendary. People like these masters need to be loved, cherished and respected. I hope they will put a monument to each of them

I brought a bicycle for maintenance, before that I stood idle for a couple of years. I was completely satisfied. The master checked everything, cleaned the mechanisms, oiled them. The only thing that is written on the site is about washing and polishing the bike, but they said on the spot that they are not doing this. Maybe I misunderstood something. And so everything is super, after the service I sat down and went with a calm soul)
