It is very difficult now with amateur bicycles of the average level, especially if we are talking about a level slightly above average. There is really good availability, starting from the brand and lines, ending with a good assortment ranging from good amateur bicycles, ending with more than suitable for professional models.
That's where the advantages ended. The store offers conditions like everywhere else: -a one-year warranty (so in words, let's go back to this point)
-free MAINTENANCE at any time

You will notice three people at the point.
A repairman, a tall, shaven-headed, middle-aged man (presumably the main salesman) and a short, older man (presumably the manager - director).
Let's start with the mechanics. He is an interesting man, in every sense of the word. It depends on you how you communicate with people. There are no complaints about him, his sociability is for sure. The question is about his specificity and advice that contradicts his experience. He can really talk nonsense from the point of view of mechanics, referring simply to his experience. It can endlessly underestimate established technologies (such as internal wiring of cables and hydraulic lines) simply by referring to the fact that domestic is more reliable and better. And the most important thing is that he just doesn't need it. In general, he will steam your brains, tell you how many thousands of bicycles he has repaired, if you forget about it, THEN it is done perfectly. In addition to his duties (there is a certain standard of services for gift maintenance, and believe me there is a weak and boring set of bicycle assistance), he really dug into the bike, thoroughly removed all complaints, helped in non-obvious moments, and overall did everything well.
Let's talk about the seller, the most controversial personality. You will see zero positivity in his face, impressionable people will not like the spoiled joy and atmosphere during the purchase. I was confused only by passive aggression and open ridicule of the buyer. We'll come back to that.
The problems started from the moment the marriage appeared in the bike. The bike was bought for almost $ 1k at the time of purchase at the exchange rate. About a little over six months ago. It has an air suspension system in the front. In the first week after purchase, the fork began to deflate just at idle without loads and driving.
I applied for a warranty, because often such a problem comes from the factory, that and not only, everything happens with delivery and so on. In general, they took him away for repairs, for a week. As a result, I came, they told me everything joyfully, how they looked at everything, they found nothing, everything was in order, the only thing was that they did not find a rubber gasket in the nipple for pumping. We put our nipple with a seal, it should help. Everything is absolutely free and generally good-natured.
The problem was solved by half, he stopped lowering at rest, but when driving calmly, the fork lowered again, and strongly. In one trip, almost all the pressure went away.
I took him back under warranty, at the same time I asked on the phone if they could pump the hydraulics, because I was not satisfied with the factory pumping. In response, they said that everything was going well from the factory and they would not get into it (then I decided to turn to other specialists for pumping for money). On my second visit about the repair of the fork, I was met with a grin, and words about pumping brakes were thrown openly among themselves. It was like I asked them to fill up an electric car. They took the bike, a week later they reported that they had not found any problems, take it back.
In general, a month later I came to them for the third time, because the problem did not disappear. The seller met me with rolled eyes, and as he realized that I was again with the same claim, he told me head-on, "your bike flew off the warranty, you changed the rear sleeve" after adding that this bike is for pleasure riding, I outgrew it, it is not suitable for my level of cycling along shallow roots in the forest.
In response, I do not hide my emotions, I am outraged if he is not *****. He literally discussed with me whether this part would fit there, whether they had it in stock. He praised the choice and so on and so forth. He didn't say a word about the warranty. Well, I added how good this bike is even in professional sports.
Then the manager came out and took control of everything. I took the bike, explained everything humanly and promised the result. I was in touch with him personally, he said that a premium-level master came to them, who is not permanent (because it is expensive to maintain him and he is not always needed). He explained everything, said that the cuff was replaced and this should help. The funny thing is, I saw traces of opening the plug after this repair. Then I ventured to assume that the second time they did not climb into the camera at all.
Unfortunately, this time the problem was not solved, and the hope of going 4 times is 0. Zero desire to feel this passive aggression, although the thing is not cheap. In the spring, I will contact them again, if the problem is not solved, then I will have to personally fight them through an appeal to consumer protection.
To sum up, we silently go to buy because of the cool availability. Communication with the seller is only on business. For questions of any kind, contact the manager. And with the master, if desired, we stand in headphones. He tells very funny stories sometimes.
For people who are familiar with cycling, this man proved on straight lines that riding with a high-pressure pump is the norm, because the fork pulls everyone down for a ride. The seller, of course, more than vehemently agreed, strangely.. Why do others have a swap a couple of times a season.

When I was riding with a friend, the camera broke through. We found the nearest bike workshop on the map and unfortunately it turned out to be this one. When I asked if they had a camera and asked to change it, they told me that they were not engaged in repairs, they could only sell, and they sent me outside to change myself, although the tags indicated a bicycle workshop. After that, I asked the "master" to see if the tire was damaged and if the wheel rim was bent. The "master" made a very unhappy face and said - okay, we will change it ourselves, it will be faster this way. As it turned out, it was a mistake and I had to change everything myself. It took more than HALF an HOUR for these "masters" to replace the camera with a tire. When the "master" was putting the wheel back on, he encountered an unforeseen problem. It turns out that if there are no brake discs, it is impossible to put the wheel in an inflated state, since the brake pads interfere. It seemed to me that everyone who has ever removed a wheel on a bicycle should understand this. And what do you think the "master" did? Blew off the wheel, because they have a compressor there? Of course not. He began to loosen the brake cables. It took him a very long time. As a result, when everything was ready and I had already left the "workshop", I found that it was impossible to use the brake. The cable is so much relaxed that if you press the handle to the limit, the effect is zero. Besides, they didn't even put the chain in place. My friend also asked me to pump up his wheels. They handed him a pump and told him to go pump outside. Let me remind you that they have a compressor there. To understand the absurdity of what is happening, a good camera replacement takes 3-5 minutes and it will be a clean, good job. Of the advantages, I can only note that they took 5 rubles for the "work" and at the same time trimmed the wheel. Although considering all of the above, I will stop by a good workshop at the first opportunity and check the wheel there. If you are not engaged in repairs, then why is the bicycle workshop tag shown on the maps? I think the answer is very simple. They are engaged in repairs, but they are lazy without the slightest experience. I strongly do not recommend this place to visit, especially to buy a bike. It's unlikely that the people who work there understand this.
A small addition. I've taken a bike now for that before the start of the season. As I wrote above, these "masters" leveled the wheel - tightened the spokes, and while they were doing this, they were outraged for a long time why my wheel was so crooked. It turned out that these "masters" had incorrectly placed one spring, which was why the wheel was tilted. I mean, I'll say it again.: THEY put the wheel WRONG, and then tightened the spokes so that the wheel looked straight in the WRONG position. While I was writing this, I realized that I also had to ask them to check whether these "masters" had installed the camera correctly, since everything they did was done wrong at the root. I think it's legendary. People like these masters need to be loved, cherished and respected. I hope they will put a monument to each of them
