I am completely disappointed, the bushing broke, I asked for a replacement, they changed the camera and made a reshaping, a week later the camera burst, after a while the spoke broke, which caused the wheel to bend and completely deteriorate. They changed my camera again (at my own expense), but they refused to take responsibility for the broken spoke, although I also paid for this work. Sorry for being categorical, but I have never encountered such poor-quality services in my life. Perhaps you will be more lucky, but I had a star just for having managed to ride it for a week, so they don't even deserve one.

I want to thank the masters for their work. My kellis is 18-19 years old, the first years he actively rode, they made seasonal "lubricants" on their own, then gradually a car appeared, children, worries, poor kellis walked 5 times during the summer, then there was not even minimal lubrication, alas, there was no one to do it. The bike has been stored in an unheated closed bike box for the last 6 years, it is quite dusty and dirty there, in general, after riding in the summer for the first time, I realized that the gears were switching tightly, the pedals or chain made a creaking sound, the bike was generally dirty and it was necessary to "put a marathon on it". The workshop was advised by residents of our area, it is located nearby, 10 minutes if you pedal well, the prices are not high. I called, arranged, brought the bike, helped to bring it in, immediately examined it on the spot, advised that it should be replaced. In the bike box, the speed dial on the steering wheel was damaged, the plastic with the numbers was broken off, the master searched the sellers and immediately found a suitable option, offered to order and deliver. The "full MAINTENANCE" was chosen, the replacement of cables, the busting of spokes in the wheels and the replacement of the dial, everything was agreed on and announced at once, everything was fine. I liked that despite a decent amount of work, I took the bike away a day later, the guys in the workshop are cultured, explain everything in understandable language, answer all questions, do not impose anything superfluous on repairs, the workshop is clean. The bike has become a fire, speeds switch easily, washed, brakes better, and the sound is as chirpy as before, when it was practically new. I wish you development and good customers!

I must say right away that this is my first review anywhere, but I just can't leave it.
The bike is 13 years old and has never been serviced before. The master looked at everything, evaluated it and recommended replacing the entire transmission (the price is much lower than in the city), but so far I was not ready for this, so we settled on mandatory repairs
The carriage was replaced, the brakes were tightened and the chain was lubricated (the rear brake cable was changed for free, which is doubly pleasant)

My bike had an acute problem with the front gearshift - it did not throw at the largest star (my own attempts to fix it did not lead to anything good). Sluggish problems are brakes (hydraulics) and a worn-out front tire. There are several other minor problems. I turned to the masters at the Velotheme. The guys checked the bike, found out what needs to be fixed by all means, and what else can wait under certain conditions, answered my questions, explained and told me what to pay attention to in the future. After the accident, the steering wheel began to move slightly to the left. If you try to drive without hands, it's not even a little bit. Everything was diagnosed for free. They squeezed everything that was backlash, but... unfortunately, as a result, defects in the frame were found. Everything was explained, shown and advised not to spend money on repairs - it is expensive, and fixing the frame will not return the reliability of the bike. It's a pity for the horse - 7 years old, ~ 25,000 km, but nothing can be done.
So honest specialists work here and treat their work with a soul. I recommend it to everyone!
