From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the stylish, modern, and comfortable design of the hotel. Everything was so clean, fresh, and well-maintained — it felt like every detail was carefully thought through. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more special. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our time there. The breakfasts were delicious every single morning — fresh ingredients, great variety, and amazing flavor. We especially loved the pool area, which was just stunning. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the pools were crystal clear and perfectly clean — a real highlight of our trip! We visited the pool. Great organization. Everything is clean, everything is at the highest level. At the entrance, a pleasant girl who speaks Russian fluently greets you. They give out bracelets in order to open cells and pay for purchases at the bar (a deposit is credited, the remainder of which is returned after a visit). A large towel is provided in the men's locker room, there are two showers and a toilet. mirror, hair dryer, socket. The pool has a Jacuzzi where small children can splash around. The pool is up to one and a half meters deep, there are inflatable toys, circles and balls. Sun loungers are located both in the sun and in the shade. Pleasant but monotonous music is playing. The staff is the best. Very polite guys, smiling, responsive. In the bar you can eat well (the price is not cheap, a milkshake is about 800 rubles (3200 drams), French fries 1000 drams), drink a cocktail (including alcoholic ones), eat ice cream. And the water is clean and pleasant.
