I want to leave a very unpleasant review about the Vensi store on Orzu Makhmudova Street. 03/07/2026 I came to this store for shopping. We chose a bag, and the seller in the hall informed us that its cost is 450,000 soums. In addition to the bag, we were also going to buy a few more items: 3 pairs of slippers and 2 belts. We spent quite a long time in the store, choosing things and spending a lot of time. When we approached the cashier for payment, the cashier suddenly informed us that the bag costs 550,000 soums. I clarified why the price was different from what the seller had said, and asked to see the price tag for the product. The cashier replied that there was no price tag on the bag. A logical question arises: how should the buyer find out the real value of the product if it does not have a price tag? It turns out that you can name any price at the checkout. I even told the staff that if they showed me a price tag with a price of 550,000 soums, I would buy the bag anyway. But the staff couldn't show any price tag. As a result, after we spent a lot of time choosing products, we just had to leave the store with a very unpleasant impression. I am writing this review so that the seller and the cashier who worked on that day (03/07/2026) would remember this situation and pay attention to their mistake. I understand that there were a lot of customers in the store because of the discounts, but this does not justify the lack of price tags and price changes at the checkout. Such situations completely undermine the store's credibility. It's very frustrating when a customer spends their time choosing several items, and suddenly comes across a different price at the checkout, which the staff can't even confirm. Advice to other customers: be sure to pay attention to the price tags and check the price of the product in advance. Otherwise, there may be a completely different price at the checkout!!!
