A flexible insulated duct 127 was purchased. When ordering from this organization, I specified what is insulated with. The manager confirmed that it is insulated with cotton wool!!!! In fact, upon arrival of the goods, it turned out that the syntypon!!!! To the question of why! They began to blatantly lie that they had been warned - although this is not the case!!! We were looking for an air duct specifically with cotton wool, so it was clarified several times whether cotton wool was accurate!!! To which the answer was yes!!!! I am disappointed in this organization, and even more so in the employees!!!!!
