If you love your pet, please read my review before taking him there. The name of the vet clinic is Vera. The staff of this clinic (Aksai 4) assured me that this is a branch of the veterinary clinic on Shemyakin. For information: The veterinary clinic on Shemyakina is an excellent clinic, the name is the same – "Vera". There, the young guys are professionals in their field, prompt assistance, excellent attitude towards animals. Previously, when I lived in a private house in the Turksib district, I constantly used their services and was delighted with the quality and attitude to animals. I have a big family and animals (namely cats). We love cats, so we've already spayed and neutered them. I always picked up my pets in the condition in which I brought them. There were no additional injuries on them. Everyone is alive and well to this day. But unfortunately, we moved to another area, and we decided to send the only non-neutered pet to Vera clinic, as we thought that the quality and attitude would be similar. But I was afraid to take it to Shemyakin, it's far away, and the animal can't stand the road very well. And it was a HUGE mistake! On August 8, I left my pet (approximately at 14:30) for castration, the operation was performed around 21:00. The next day (August 9th at 11:00), I picked up my pet with only wounds. One eye is watering, a wound on his face, and the lower part of his body is covered in blood. This is TERRIBLE!!! What was done to him. The staff of the veterinary clinic explains this by saying that he had injured himself after recovering from anesthesia. For a moment, the cat is very calm and not aggressive. And as they said, knowledgeable people make pet cages in such a way that the pet cannot injure itself. How could he do that!!!! They refused to show the video of the operation. I quote: "Go to court!" Don't set foot in there anymore, it's just awful!😢😢😢😢 I took him to the Matroskin clinic on the same day (August 9). When he was examined, they said a hematoma had already formed in place of the testicles and the suture had split. They treated the eye, testicles (more precisely, the scrotum), gave injections and put a collar on the cat. We were surprised why they didn't put it on at the clinic where the castration was performed. And we were surprised by many other things. The cost of primary care for the restoration of a cat is 18,500 tenge, plus an additional four days to be transported for therapy (7,300 tenge each (6800 therapy + 500 diapers). The total additional cost of restoring the cat's health after the conduct of substandard castration services is 47,700 tenge. As they say, thank you for not being killed!!!! People don't use their services, it's a horror. Take pity on your pets!!!!

My favorite clinic. I'm treating all three of my cats here - I had a broken paw, I had rhinotracheitis, I had a lot of incomprehensible questions, I brought stray cats to put them in order - everything is always fine. Thank you very much to the clinic staff!
