The staff of this clinic (Aksai 4) assured me that this is a branch of the veterinary clinic on Shemyakin. For information: The veterinary clinic on Shemyakina is an excellent clinic, the name is the same – "Vera". There, the young guys are professionals in their field, prompt assistance, excellent attitude towards animals. Previously, when I lived in a private house in the Turksib district, I constantly used their services and was delighted with the quality and attitude to animals. I have a big family and animals (namely cats). We love cats, so we've already spayed and neutered them. I always picked up my pets in the condition in which I brought them. There were no additional injuries on them. Everyone is alive and well to this day. But unfortunately, we moved to another area, and we decided to send the only non-neutered pet to Vera clinic, as we thought that the quality and attitude would be similar. But I was afraid to take it to Shemyakin, it's far away, and the animal can't stand the road very well. And it was a HUGE mistake! On August 8, I left my pet (approximately at 14:30) for castration, the operation was performed around 21:00. The next day (August 9th at 11:00), I picked up my pet with only wounds. One eye is watering, a wound on his face, and the lower part of his body is covered in blood. This is TERRIBLE!!! What was done to him. The staff of the veterinary clinic explains this by saying that he had injured himself after recovering from anesthesia. For a moment, the cat is very calm and not aggressive. And as they said, knowledgeable people make pet cages in such a way that the pet cannot injure itself. How could he do that!!!! They refused to show the video of the operation. I quote: "Go to court!" Don't set foot in there anymore, it's just awful!😢😢😢😢 I took him to the Matroskin clinic on the same day (August 9). When he was examined, they said a hematoma had already formed in place of the testicles and the suture had split. They treated the eye, testicles (more precisely, the scrotum), gave injections and put a collar on the cat. We were surprised why they didn't put it on at the clinic where the castration was performed. And we were surprised by many other things. The cost of primary care for the restoration of a cat is 18,500 tenge, plus an additional four days to be transported for therapy (7,300 tenge each (6800 therapy + 500 diapers). The total additional cost of restoring the cat's health after the conduct of substandard castration services is 47,700 tenge. As they say, thank you for not being killed!!!! People don't use their services, it's a horror. Take pity on your pets!!!!

It was an emergency, so immediately, without even going home, in what we were wearing - in slippers, without water, we went to the city to this clinic. And you were driving from Kaskelen, which is a suburb of Almaty. On the phone, while we were driving, I asked in advance the approximate cost of the service for us. They said it depends on the weight of the dog. I said our dog weighs about 30 kg. I was told it would be about 50-60 thousand tenge, approximately. Maybe a little more. When we arrived, I immediately noticed the not very friendly attitude of the woman at the reception. Okay, I guess anything can happen. Our dog was brought in. They were waiting for the surgeon. Two girls ran out, a surgeon and an anesthesiologist. They immediately began to set us up for the worst, that these were risks. We already understood the risks, since the dog was pregnant, but there was not just a professional explanation, but some kind of intimidation. We're already stressed out. Then they brought the paper for signing. The amount indicated was 2 times more than what they said on the phone. The receptionist started talking, you said she weighs 20 kg. We slept arguing that we called a different weight. As a result, my husband said he would give no more than 80,000, although they requested 110,000. They quietly agreed to 80,000). We took our dog to the hospital. Then, when I asked to go to the bathroom, but they refused me!!! Having said that, it's for staff only. I began to explain that we had asked from afar, like human beings. But I was never given the opportunity to go to the bathroom, and in a very rude way!!!! They also said you could go home, saying "We don't need you here" - the meaning and tone were quite harsh and rude. We left without getting a chance to go to the bathroom. Very bad attitude towards clients. The prices are not small, not free. In general, the staff of the Vera clinic, come down from heaven to earth a little. You are not the navel of the earth. If you want to keep up the level, then keep it decent. Thank God, our dog survived, underwent surgery, and is now recovering. But the attitude of the Vera clinic staff leaves much to be desired. The woman at the checkout, you need to learn how to communicate with customers. The Soviet times are over, the time is different now.
