Cons: there are few parking spaces, 1 toilet, and it is not in the banquet hall (there are not enough for 50 guests), it is inconvenient to move around in heels, and in winter it is cold to run from the house to the hall and back.

A great place for corporate parties or just relaxing with friends and/or family. It has its own excellent catering, beautiful well-maintained territory. There is a lot of entertainment for every taste and age (sauna, board games, karaoke, PS4, Russian billiards, etc.) the territory is divided into various places where companies of interest can gather (gazebos, barbecue areas, a beach by the lake, a volleyball court, etc.) a big plus is its own hotel (you can rent a room and stay overnight) I recommend it! The owners are great - they're trying!

A good place to relax with a large company. Location, nature, home improvement - everything is great!
