We were in Baranovichi for a couple of days (on May 1st and 2nd) at a kettlebell marathon competition, and decided to stop by for dinner on the first day - and we didn't lose out: grilled meat and kebabs are incredibly juicy, not salty, perfectly marinated, slightly crispy on top, and inside there is such juice that we were just surprised, how it can be cooked. The waiting time is acceptable: everything that can be served and cooked quickly is served immediately: soups, pasta, cocktails, drinks. Barbecue for 20-30 minutes, and it's great. In general, the prices are also good, especially since the quality is excellent: everything is fresh, and the meat parts are good - the tenderest pork, beef steak, wings, and lula kebab made from chicken and beef is something with something: everything is excellent in juiciness and taste. On the first day, we were satisfied and full - for us, as athletes, this is important :). And the next day, after the competition, we didn't think long about where to go to celebrate the victory - of course, to the Verandah restaurant! We already took other dishes, but meat, as well as vegetables, sushi, drinks. And again, the juicy pork kebab and beef steak turned out to be so delicious that it simply could not be described: one could only admire the chefs and their professionalism! We were satisfied and even talked about coming to Baranovichi to eat at this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant! And it is a great honor to the owner that he has assembled such a team of professionals! We should also mention the waiter girls and the boy - everything was served quickly, clearly, all questions were answered, in a word, well done! Having visited many restaurants in Minsk, I can say with confidence: none of them cook such delicious meat and other dishes as in the restaurant "Veranda"! The quality is excellent at fairly reasonable prices. Thank you, the Verandah restaurant team, for such professional service and such delicious dishes! The next time I'm in Baranovichi, I'll definitely visit you again!

We chose this cafe because of the variety of dishes and were not mistaken. We tried several different dishes: Tom yam is the most delicious thing I've ever eaten, it's very spicy, the broth is rich, there's a lot of seafood; the pasta was sweet, I didn't really like it; the burgers and shawarma are delicious, the salmon steak is amazing, the prices are affordable. The service is wonderful!

The atmosphere on the veranda is pleasant, but the impression of the evening was spoiled by the service. The pasta with beef pleased the taste of the sauce and the pasta itself, but the meat turned out to be too tough and rubbery — it was almost impossible to chew it. Unfortunately, the cocktails didn't work out at all. As for the service: the waiters talked in raised tones, confused and forgot orders. Mountains of napkins and dirty plates were constantly piled up on the table — no one cleaned them, except for a hookah man who happened to pass by. The only ray of attention this evening is thanks to him.

The 4.9 rating on Yandex Maps is a serious argument. So serious that my family and I, returning from the hero city of Brest to St. Petersburg on May 9, specially stopped in Baranovichi to have dinner at the Veranda. On the spot, it turned out that the rating and reality are poorly connected.: This is not a restaurant, but a street eatery. We ordered two steaks and a shawarma for the child, they promised 20 minutes. After 40 minutes, the shawarma and one steak arrived — the second one had apparently gone awol. As we were getting ready to leave, the receptionist jumped up: "one steak and coffee is on the house, sorry." The missing steak was then cooked in two minutes, a miracle of efficiency. The outcome is perfect: both steaks and "free" coffee are included in the bill. Apparently, the "compliment from the institution" in Baranovichi is such a special rhetorical device that does not imply a material embodiment. I paid every penny, but I didn't make a fuss. But on Victory Day, when you are bringing home warm memories of Belarus from Brest, it is especially unpleasant to encounter such petty dishonesty. Visitors to the city are not greeted like this.

Отмечали день рождения подруги, нас было 8 человек. По началу все было хорошо, до подачи напитков, заказ делали сразу, без доп заказов, напитки готовили около 20 минут😞 сначала одним принесли гостям напитки, через 8 минут еще два напитка, и еще через 7 минут другим гостям. Слов нет. Дальше пасту с креветкой приготовили быстрее чем греческий салат! Абсурд. О сервисе как будто никто не слышал. Всем гостям напитки нужно приносить одновременно. И как минимум порционные блуда также должны быть поданы одновременно. Салат с говядиной готовили 1.30 😢. Пока все гости за столом уже если свои порционные блюда, один гость еще ждал 10 минут один салат. Про уровень еды ничего хорошего сказать также нельзя. Пасты все, если честно, какое-то хрючиво. Переваренные, все слиплись. Салат с говядиной который ОЧЕНЬ долго готовили, невероятно жирный, говядина с жилами, есть было не приятно. Ролы — по вкусу вкусно, но по сути не вкусно. Разваливаются все абсолютно, базовая ошибка, риса больше чем начинки. Ну и по виду если честно не очень привлекательно. Замеченные ролы были холодные( Единственное что было вкусно это закуска( фри, гренки, кольца луковые, колбаски) Кальян был вкусный, всем понравился. Про обслуживание хорошего ничего сказать нельзя, про подачу блюд повторюсь нужно подавать одновременно!!! Хоть иногда подходить к столу и забирать грязные бокалы, салфетки. Также было очень не понятно что наш стол обслуживали сразу три официанта. Кто-то принимал заказ, кто-то выносил блюда, рассчитывал также другой. У подруги было день рождения, заранее подошли к одну из официантов, тк не знали какой именно наш( все три нас обслуживали) узнали про акции для изменников, десерт комплиментом. Дали выбрать десерт, выбрали чизкейк орео и попросили в это десерт втыкнуть фаер «happy birthday». Как думаете что произошло, его не вставили в десерт. Спасибо что его хоть вернули. Официанты, общайтесь между собой, передавайте информацию друг другу. А и сет настоек готовили также около 20 минут. В целом мы посидели не плохо, нам было весело, но если бы не эти детали наш вечер прошел бы гораздо лучше, и чаевые естественно были бы. Даже за весь вечер не поинтересовалась как блюда и как проходи наш вечер. Хочу пожелать вам всем развития, барменам быстрее готовить напитки или официанту во время их забирать. На кухне поработайте над приготовлением всех блюд, меню конечно большое но выбрать особо нечего, да и еще не вкусно, лучше меньше блюд но качественно! Официанты, почитайте про 7 шагов идеального сервиса, чаевых станет чуть больше. Управляющий этого заведения надеемся что вы примете меры по умиранию этих недостатков, а первое это работа зала, пусть официанты научатся сервису

We were traveling with our family from Brest to the Leningrad region, and we specifically stopped by this institution, trusting in the high ratings on Yandex Maps. In practice, everything turned out to be different. The main disadvantages: 1. Serving dishes. They brought us all the drinks first (cappuccino, hot chocolate), and after a while — steaks, shawarma and Caesar salad. In my opinion, this violates the logic of submission. Instead of the promised 20 minutes, the wait was 45 minutes. 2. The problem with the order. Of the two steaks ordered, only one arrived. When we were about to leave without touching the food, the director came up and promised: the second steak would be removed from the bill, and coffee, tea and dessert would be made at the expense of the establishment. The second steak suddenly arrived a couple of minutes later. 3. Deception in the calculation. The final score included both steaks and cappuccino with hot chocolate, which the director promised as a compliment. When asked about the discrepancy, the waitress replied: "I didn't figure it out, I just billed it." The director said: "Apparently, they misunderstood each other, you have to pay for what you eat." He didn't keep his promise of a compliment. Bottom line: Disappointed with the attitude and lack of professionalism. Personally, I don't recommend this place, especially if you want to have a quiet family lunch and not waste time arguing over the bill.

It's an incredibly beautiful place, BUT: There are a lot of disadvantages that have crossed everything out. We came to celebrate the anniversary with my husband, we waited 10 minutes for them to take the order, no one warned us that we had to press the button. The soup was brought by another, sushi and poke, which is done for 10 minutes, we waited 1.5 hours!!! Sushi was falling apart, it was impossible to take it with chopsticks, I had to eat this porridge with a fork-malasha:( We were nervous, we were late for the cinema. People at the neighboring tables also nervously went out to smoke, they did not bring spoons to the soup, they were not interested in the quality of food and service, we did not hear either "thank you" or "goodbye, come again", of course we will not return here. It's a pity that such a beautiful place didn't live up to its expectations:(

We placed an order for two pizzas, and the operator promised delivery within an hour or a maximum of one hour and twenty minutes. As a result, we waited for two hours. The appearance does not correspond at all to what is stated in the pictures in the menu. It's impossible to eat, the money is wasted. We ordered many different dishes: chicken kebab, breaded shrimp, sushi, pizza, beef salad and beetroot salad. The latter failed - the beetroot is not sweet, instead of the salad mix that was announced on the menu, there is only an iceberg in the composition. The rest of the dishes were delicious. I would give the chefs 5 stars, even though the salad was unsuccessful. But the service is at zero level! The waiters waited for a very long time, pressed the call button many times, there was no reaction. I had to call them. They came up with dissatisfied faces. They don't know how to communicate with visitors at all. Although I liked the kitchen, the service spoiled the whole impression.

The food is just terrible, the waiter is alone in the whole room, who simply does not have time to serve everyone. The waiting time for simple dishes, such as a wok, is 40 minutes. We ordered tea, but we didn't get it, because the coffee machine was broken. We ordered a cheesecake, it felt like it had been in the fridge for a week. Tom yam with beef was scary to eat. The seafood wok was a mix of boiled noodles dumped from a store in a red-priced seafood package and a Hawaiian mix. We chose a place for lunch based on reviews, but it turned out that the rating was inflated for free coffee (they offer free coffee for a 5% review) - I don't like such stories, so the owners themselves understand that they won't get 5% for service and food. On food: chicken soup and cheesecakes from the self-service buffet are not tasty. The menu consisted of shawarma, caesar salad and mushroom soup. My visit to this institution left me with very contradictory feelings. The stylish and thoughtful interior design immediately catches the eye – there is really a very pleasant atmosphere here. There was a feeling that the concept of "customer orientation" was simply completely absent here. When it's cool outside, it's very uncomfortable to sit inside because of the drafts. As for the cuisine, the food, to be honest, turned out to be very mediocre. A solid "troika", without any vivid impressions or desire to repeat the dish. The offer to leave a positive review in exchange for free coffee immediately caused rejection and undermined any trust in the institution. If you have to resort to such methods, it says a lot. As a result, despite all the external attractiveness, the overall impression remained negative. I would not recommend this place if not only the picture is important to you, but also the quality of service and the taste of the dishes.
