I am in another city, so the bouquet was ordered via Instagram. When ordering, I noticed that the bouquet for the anniversary is important to me, so I want it to be at the highest level with fresh flowers. I chose a bouquet through the insta and specified the cost of the bouquet as in the picture. I was satisfied, I paid for it. But in fact, the bouquet turned out to be completely different, when they dropped the final version before sending it to me, I was shocked. In response to my comment that there are fewer flowers in the bouquet than stated, they said they would add 6 more roses. But no one warned that these would be completely different roses. As a result, it turned out to be some kind of prefabricated hodgepodge of stale flowers. Moreover, when I pointed out the flaws, I got rude I attach the expectation/reality of the bouquet And I sincerely advise no one to spend their money in this flower shop!
