Aleshchenko, at a personal reception on 07/05/2024, a complaint was submitted in the order of supervision (protest), essentially a complaint dated 08/12/2024, and it was not considered, because the court decision that entered into force earlier cannot be legal, and has no legal force, and a long time ago, it should have already been canceled, moreover, the relevant articles of legislation were cited in the complaint, in which case they had the right to force to sign a contract, because coercion by virtue of Art. 391, Article 2 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus - it is prohibited, and the obligation to sign contracts, this is not a compulsion, citizens have the right to refuse the obligation in accordance with Article 415 of the Civil Code, paragraph 1., according to the Law of Consumer Protection, Articles 9, paragraphs 2, 3, - the consumer has the right to refuse basic and additional services, so the complaint has not been considered on its merits, and you are also considered the highest authority of justice, personally I am ashamed of such power.

Previously, there was an opportunity to see the result of the case, but now you need to take almost fingerprints and apply the pedigree of the dog! The absolute inaccessibility of justice is obtained! Unlike the same arbitration courts - where, without any problems (codes, electronic signatures, EDS, USD and DNA analysis), you can view the case file, always keep it under control. Unfortunately, we have removed such an opportunity. A very bad idea. This is what speaks about the closeness and complete inaccessibility of justice.
