As far as I understand, there is no fortress. The territory is fully/partially used by someone - dump trucks, tractors and other equipment are placed on the sites. City maintenance/operating services are possible.
Yes, there is Stella! Everyone can see it. The inscription is written in two languages, but the part in Russian seems to have been specially erased almost to the ground. But an inquisitive mind will surely understand what is written

We have been living all our lives, we have seen this Stella since childhood. It is in an abandoned state, although it is a historical monument of our city. I would like our mayor to give an order to refine it. We have something to show the tourists.

In the 60s, I studied at the second school and walked past this monument every day. Then there was a military unit there, but now I don't understand what is there. The brick fence is partially destroyed , and it is unclear what is behind it. Sorry.....
