Yesterday, 03/01/2025, I celebrated my birthday in a cafe! The evening was great! The girls are very attentive! The receptionist, Natalia, helped me choose the menu, took into account all my wishes, and was very pleasant and wonderful! The waitress girls are great, polite, pleasant, they do their job 100%. And the presenter, Jeanne, is the best! Everyone sang, danced, and had fun!!! The evening was great! Thank you all!!! ♥️♥️♥️

We were celebrating an anniversary. The fact that we were alone in the hall is a plus. But the kitchen is something. The fish was baked not with bones, but with bones. You could also remove the seeds from the grapes in the salad. Pancakes are cooled sticky flour with water.Replace the chefs definitely!!! The presenters have an inflated price, they didn't work for their own money. Cafe Verona works for customers not by quality, but by quantity. It is not pleasant to hear such reviews from guests. The receptionist is a pleasant and accommodating woman. Well done. To say that we will come again, NO.

We came to this cafe to consult about the wedding. The receptionist met us and when we said that we wanted to know about the wedding, they replied, "And what do you want to know?". There were a lot of questions. The first one is what the approximate cost is for 1 person, after which the receptionist looked at us like idiots and told me "My bunny, how can I tell you what the cost will be in September???", I asked the cost for today and we immediately left. I didn't want to ask any more questions about the wedding, but new questions appeared: first, when did we switch to YOU, and secondly, what kind of communication with the client? What kind of bunny am I to you??? It's just disrespect for me, after such a short dialogue, I had a disgusting feeling inside, as if I had been humiliated. We will never return there again and we will "advertise" your establishment to everyone we know.

We celebrated the wedding at the Verona restaurant. The place itself is beautiful and cozy, ideal for such events. I liked the interior, it created a pleasant atmosphere, and the decor was on top.
However, unfortunately, there were moments that upset me. The dishes were served with a delay, which caused inconvenience to both us and the guests. I would like to pay more attention to timing, especially at such an important event as a wedding.
As for the presenter, who was recommended by the restaurant, she, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The promised interactivity and the program mentioned earlier have not been fully implemented. This affected the overall dynamics of the evening and left a feeling of unfinished business.
In general, the restaurant has potential, but I would like to see a clearer work on the organization and attentive attitude to the wishes of customers.

Great cafe, delicious food and good live music - what else do you need for a great evening? Everything is great.. the administrator knows his job perfectly well, the price is average in the city, it is convenient to get there. The cafe is open only by pre-order, so there are no outsiders.

28.10.2023 celebrated the wedding in this institution. Everything went just fine! In terms of food, even the most fastidious guests liked the dishes, and we had such) The service also pleased, the waitress coped very well, brought and took everything away on time) Well, the atmosphere, thanks to our presenters Zhanna and Vitaly, was simply gorgeous. I don't like to write negative reviews, but in order for the cafe to flourish and not become unprofitable, we need feedback from customers, a couple of years ago it was our favorite cafe, favorite food, favorite atmosphere, friendly staff and great live music, but there was a period when we stopped visiting this cafe, in in September 2019, we decided to visit our once favorite cafe and celebrate our birthday in a narrow circle, we arrived at 23, there were few people playing live music, I want to note the musicians are super, this is all that remains of our favorite cafe, the work schedule is up to 2, after the musicians finished working, we sat for an hour in silence, Well, I already forgot about all the decency and turned on the music on my phone, that's how we sat to our music)...we did not look at the menu, we ordered the dishes that we always ordered, but this time we regretted it, pork baked with mushrooms and cheese, which used to melt in the mouth For a very long time chewed...and of course the staff who wanted us to leave as soon as possible, it was coming from the back room, now they will leave and we will go home, but even then I went on the principle of the cafe working until 2, so we will leave at exactly 2) We just sat there listening to music on the phone...It's terrible, I was upset, the time spent, the money, and the negative fallout...so much time has passed and I can't forget this vacation :-)

I did not like the attitude of the waitress Irina, she does not know how to talk to people, instead of calling the administrator and resolving the disputed issue.Now the child is sick, due to the fact that they did not give us our jackets in time and we ran out half-naked into the street to watch the fireworks. If you have problems with the numbers, please hire a cloakroom attendant for the holidays, so that there will be no questions and reproaches later.

The interior is five points higher. But the kitchen is terrible. It was ordered - solyanka (more like flushing from a saucepan), roast in a pot (the pot is hot, but the contents are barely warm, the onion, let's say, is strongly "aldente", crunched on the teeth), Caesar salad (croutons fried in burnt oil and the dressing pumped up, well, it's not from this salad), sweet pizza....(it's hard to describe the taste ...., well, maybe for an amateur) and coffee (it was delicious). It took a long time to prepare everything. To brighten up the wait, we ordered kvass. Delicious. I don't recommend this place.
