The Vershina residential complex was struck by its modern landscaping, hidden underground tanks, and closed territory. I really liked the layout with a balcony, a separate kitchen with a window ((unlike other developers, who save money and combine the kitchen with the bathroom)). We lived in one, and despite the powerful extractor hood, when cooking or baking, there is a smell and smell of cooking. We hope that there will be kind and cultured neighbors. I liked it!

I don't know about the sales office, but I like the Vershina residential complex itself. A beautiful courtyard with interesting children's slides and various buildings for playing. A tennis court, a playground with exercise equipment and many other things. Cozy and comfortable. Studio apartments have a convenient layout, plastered walls, a toilet is installed in the bathroom. Spacious halls in the entrances and wide corridors, large Parking lot near the house. In general, I like it.
