This is my worst barbershop experience in my entire life! I have never seen such unprofessionalism and rudeness! My request was as simple as possible: trim the back with one length, and a ladder in front of the face. In fact, what happened was only to be trimmed. As soon as I sat down in the chair, a woman came, asked when I could get a haircut, the hairdresser told her to come back in 20 minutes. That is, 20 minutes were allocated for me! Then, when I saw that the hairdresser had combed most of her hair forward and started cutting it short, I asked her in disbelief.: "Are you cutting my cascade? I asked for a ladder only at the face, and one length at the back, just trim it!". To which they replied: "It's getting late, I've cut it, a ladder or a cascade is the same thing. If you grow out, your hair will grow back, not your legs..." And then I realized that you can leave this master without hair at all...After quickly going over the entire head, the hairdresser said that everything was ready and began to dry, twirling her hair at the same time so that it would not be visible what had happened. I asked her to pull out my hair to check if the right and left sides were symmetrical, because the hairdresser hadn't checked it at all. I was refused... As a result, I tried to pull out the curled hair with my comb to align the right and left sides...The hairdresser said that she would not give her comb, because it costs 70 rubles...All this time, the hairdresser was rude to me...I paid 30 rubles for all this pleasure. After asking the hairdresser's name, she replied: "Why would you?" But she still introduced herself as Larisa. When I came home and wet my hair, I saw layers on the back instead of one length, and an absolutely uneven, asymmetrical ladder in front....I just don't have the words, it's a silent horror!
