The hotel is neat, but the spirit of the Soviet Union is present. Standard rooms that have everything. Breakfasts are paid separately, it is expensive and the choice is meager. We decided to have breakfast somewhere else

There is not enough service, add it! There are possibilities. Rent some of the things that are not included in the basic configuration: floor air conditioners, something else.The place is great, beautiful. And get away from the collective farm decoration in the rooms.

If not for the excellent staff, I would have put 3.
The hotel is a bit like the USSR :))). Repairs are underway, but the budget is the budget and the quality of the work wants the best.
For me, there is only a problem with mattresses on the beds, there is a part of the rooms where the mattress is essentially "sagged" and it is not comfortable to lie down!
However, good staff, responsible and friendly in the hotel and cafe make up for some of the shortcomings.

The hall smells strongly of nicotine. The room was on the 5th floor, cold. A toy was found under the bed, probably from previous tenants. The declared parking is enough for 7 cars, which is clearly not enough for such a hotel. The only thing that pleased me was the good location. Both the fortress and the alley are within walking distance.
