The owner was smoking in the restaurant and all the smoke was flying at us.
They asked whether to do it acutely or not. There is no difference between acute and non-acute. We were comparing two identical dishes, mine should have been less spicy.
It's a little dry. A lot of onions.
And it's expensive for its quality.
