Arkady is a very kind and experienced veterinarian. I brought my little girl, a kitten, after three veterinarians (she was sick with distemper), Arkady helped us with everything he could. He even took her home and looked after her all the time. Unfortunately, it was not possible to save her, we are in great pain, but I understand that this is not the fault of the veterinarians. The disease itself is very severe and I knew that the chances of survival were small. He didn't even charge us for the last IVs and injections, seeing how painful and sick we were, he got into the situation.
