It was about not so long ago. My grandmother's goat got sick from near Zaslavl (it lay and did not rise for several days).
She was very worried about it.

27.10 on Sunday, the rat became ill (turned blue all over and was breathing heavily). I called about 15 vet clinics and only this one was able to provide emergency assistance to the pet.
The examination took no more than 10 minutes, after which all necessary assistance was provided. The rat got better "in front of his eyes."
By the way, the doctor treated the animal in the following days. He was constantly in touch and monitored the condition of the rat.

The staff is very helpful. We sterilized the kitty in May. The cat was looked after, and a safe conclusion was made from anesthesia, since we have a Scottish girl, and a blanket was tied, all our questions were answered. Wonderful vet.the clinic neutered the cat, gave recommendations and advice. The cat feels great the very next day. The cute two veterinarians followed up on everything. The cat was castrated, tell me why it was necessary to remove his scrotum completely? Before that, I castrated two cats in other clinics (both state and private), they just cut the scrotum and took out the testicles, here the surgeon Kaminsky Grigory Nikolaevich had a different vision, if he had initially said how he planned to castrate the cat, I would definitely have gone to another clinic. Although it was worth leaving right away when I saw him catching the cat (the cat is very timid and jumped out of the carrier, and the doctor scared him so that he jumped on the ceiling and walls several times, injuring his paw until it bled).
Now for the cost of services:
the cost on Instagram was 55 rubles, but in fact they took 80 rubles for castration and 45 rubles for the treatment of 2 wounds (another cat bit through our paw in a fight, and the cat received the second wound in this very clinic, but they tried to convince us that we brought such a cat!). The site also indicates that pensioners and disabled people receive discounts, but in fact no discount was made, although the cat of a disabled woman of the 2nd group was castrated. Moreover, we came to the reception with her dog, the reception was in the corridor "on the knee" for 5 minutes and for this she was charged 20 rubles.!! and of course, she was not given any discount, although she said that she had a disabled person's ID with her. Why initially mislead people if you do not actually provide discounts?!
Conclusion: the professionalism of the surgeon leaves much to be desired, and the clinic needs to remove the information that they make discounts for pensioners, the disabled and others! The only doctor who left positive impressions about himself is Anna Nikolaevna Muraveiko, I would have given her 5 stars, but the last visit to the clinic spoiled my attitude towards this clinic forever!
