The dog was sterilized at the state clinic on Shosseynaya, 4 months passed after the estrus began, they decided not to go there anymore and contacted Vet-life (the choice is zero, and I only do ultrasound here), the dog had an ultrasound and noticed fragments of a 2mm ovary that was not completely removed, the operation was scheduled for next week. Well, there was a feeling that it was not worth doing this in Slonim, so that nothing would be done. As a result, we went to the clinic of Dr. Bazilevsky in Volkovysk, and there, on ultrasound, they found one ovary untouched at all, and there is a residue from the second. They deleted everything. And it turns out that intuition did not disappoint, because they did not see the second ovary on ultrasound at all. And then a few months later it would be the same story again. There was also one story with our other dog, a little earlier, the dog was diagnosed with pyroplasmosis late, (we sounded the alarm late), we came to Vet-life, they said the dog might need a blood transfusion, a donor was needed, (on the first day one doctor saw us, and on the next day there was another doctor), they told me to come tomorrow, because today the dog was given a lot of drugs, tomorrow I arrived with a donor, they said they would not do a transfusion, (they said among themselves that someone would be against it, apparently there are internal issues)the doctor apparently called a more experienced doctor, doubted her actions, it seemed to me that she doubted the calculation of the dosage. As a result, I injected two injections into the dog, I took the dog to the car and returned for the injections that were sold to me at the clinic to inject at home. It took a maximum of 5 minutes, after returning to the car, the dog was no longer breathing. In a panic, I ran into the clinic, I say the dog is not breathing, they came out, looked out the window (I put the dog on the grass) and that's it. They didn't offer me any help, they didn't offer to return the medicines that were sold 5 minutes ago and that I didn't even have time to put in the car. I can't say that they injected something wrong, or the dosage was wrong, but I can't rule it out either.

I read a lot of bad reviews and decided to write. We applied in the summer of 2024 with suspected pyroplasmosis. The receptionist was adamant when I begged on the phone to take the dog without an appointment, because with pyroplasmosis, every minute is precious. It was recorded the next day. And I would not say that the clinic was overcrowded, we were alone there at the allotted time. I am sure that in parallel (while they were doing the IV) it would be very possible to serve another animal by ambulance, at least to take tests, there were enough staff. By the way, many clinics in Minsk are accommodating in difficult cases, and the work of doctors there is usually more intense. I really liked everything else, especially the attitude and professionalism of the doctors and their assistants. A big plus is that the tests are done quickly, and the blood test for pyroplasmosis was ready in a couple of minutes. There is also an ultrasound machine, the only one in Slonim at that time, but I probably don't know about others, and it looks like an X-ray machine. There are all conditions for an ambulance. The girls went to meet me and left the dog at the clinic while I went to pharmacies, because we are not from Slonim. We had a difficult case, and we even had to talk to the doctor on the phone later, without any problems either. I have a good impression of the clinic, but I would like to be able to quickly get help in emergency cases.
