Good afternoon. We would like to leave a review about this vet clinic and warn you about potential problems with your beloved pets.
The cat was sterilized, and after 5 days, antibiotics were prescribed, given that the cat is small.
Every single day we went after work to have them done, we haven't seen such a careless attitude in a long time. Because of their negligent attitude, the cat got stressed and became depressed, has been acting sluggish, passive, and does not eat for the second week. After the manipulations with antibiotics. This is a doctor and part-time surgeon named Bahron, who is also a co-owner. He did not deign to warn about the consequences, that it was necessary to give the cat probiotics to cleanse and restore the microflora in the body. Against this background, dysbiosis appeared. There can be no telephone or telegram consultation. One answer is that you bring it, and we'll see.
He can't even answer ordinary questions, there's only money in his eyes. And even when you communicate with this person in person, you begin to realize that he doesn't know his business very well.
When asked if everything would be fine in the future, it was a routine sterilization, he did not give a constructive answer or any positive prognosis. Shrugging his shoulders and continuing to say things that are inappropriate to this question. That's not what you want to hear when you come to the surgeon.
No one forced us to come here, we looked at people's reviews. But I want to say from our experience - think 7 times as they say - whether you go or not.
As for the staff, they are people who are absolutely not trained from the street, without any certificate of admission to work. Not knowing Russian, it is impossible to communicate in any way, as we do not understand each other. They laugh when our cat screams with hysteria, and they speak their own language so that we don't understand.
This is a clinic, this is animal life. Not a bazaar.
Another money-sucking office. And an indifferent attitude, there is no human factor. I had to be taken to another clinic, where they put a multicoctail IV and a new treatment.
There is no queue order, there are no specialists who could accept people who are standing (get vaccinated, buy food, consult) since all the workers leave for the operation and have to wait for up to an hour.

Terrible clinic! For a month, twice a day, I took my dog to this clinic for injections and treated him for an incorrect diagnosis made by these "doctors". When I suggested that the dog had something in its nose, they convinced me of pneumonia and convincingly performed an ultrasound of the lungs, allegedly showing improvements that did not exist! Because there was no pneumonia itself!!! At the end of the month, the dog got worse and they hinted at euthanasia. Put down a dog that eats, drinks, plays and lives a full life!!! The diagnosis made in another clinic is a tumor in the nasopharynx. I still don't understand how it was possible to confuse these two diagnoses. If it wasn't for you, my dog would still be alive!!!

We are extremely disappointed with this clinic. We asked for help when our cat became ill, but instead of a professional approach, we received only wasted time, money and, unfortunately, a tragic outcome. The tests were made with errors, and the diagnosis was incorrect. The cat had salts in his kidneys, a diseased liver and infections, but they did not see this on ultrasound, and all the symptoms were attributed to stress. As a result, precious time was lost, and it was not possible to save the pet. I don't recommend contacting anyone here if you value your animal's life.

ONE STAR IS A LOT FOR THIS CLINIC!
This is not a vet clinic, but a death factory. My cat was killed by their "treatment" – incorrect diagnoses, a bunch of unnecessary tests, and when it became clear that the end was near, they just threw up their hands and billed it. Money is more important to them than the lives of animals! I don't advise anyone – if you love your pet, run away from here as far as possible!

It's a terrible clinic, don't bring your pets here if you don't want them to die. They brought their cat, as it turned out later with a fracture, and the doctors of this clinic did an X-ray incorrectly and said that she just had a bruise and needed injections for 7 days. We went every day, gave three injections (they took 30k for each), as a result, she did not feel better, they took her to another clinic and they immediately said that she had a fracture and needed surgery. And what these doctors were injecting could affect her health, as they incorrectly calculated the dose. So also when we went to them to say that they treated incorrectly, they pushed us out almost with their fists, tore up the recipe, and kicked us out, accusing us of crippling our pet ourselves!

Our cat's character is complicated, all the staff helped to keep him during the ultrasound. The attitude towards the animal and the owner is very good. It's good that this clinic exists. I can't say anything about the quality of services, but it is small, and there is a pharmacy in it, but it is also small. Probably, in an emergency, it is worth stopping by, especially since it is round the clock - this is a big plus. They have a telegram - but they probably respond according to workload (not stable - sometimes fast sometimes the next morning) but again, it's good that it is there. Personally, the assortment did not suit me - there were no prescribed drugs in this pharmacy, but there is definitely something there.
