We came with a puppy suffering from parvovirus. The catheter came off, they rearranged it for us. He had an extract from another clinic with appointments. They didn't even look at it. They refused to give Ringer Lock's solution for ivs, they said they would write a prescription for a regular Ringer at most. The dog was dripping for 3 days at that time, with a minimum of 5. They also refused to inject or give out the prescribed antiemetic, and sent it back to another clinic (the initial appointment was in a watering can). It's freezing outside and the distance between the clinics is not small, to put it mildly, but apparently no one is interested. The puppy was at an appointment at this particular clinic that day, he was unwell, but they just waved us off.
