The doctor (an older Russian woman) is busy with some extraneous matters of his own, answers incoming calls, accepts delivery from a courier, goes out with his questions, etc. When asked to speed up the appointment, he responds that he accepts as much as he can. As a result, a huge queue accumulates, and the doctor is in no hurry. He says I always have a long queue because I am a very good specialist. The reception eventually lasts more than an hour, of which you can actually spend no more than 10-15 minutes. I hope I've been here for the first and last time.

We went to this clinic with a dog in an emergency situation. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the quality of service. The first doctor, without waiting for the results of the tests and not really understanding the condition of the animal, immediately gave an injection “from the heart”, without explaining why and on what basis. This raised serious doubts about our competence. Later, we were accepted by another specialist — and, frankly, his behavior left us feeling completely inadequate. He spoke to us sharply, interrupted us, did not allow us to ask questions, and generally behaved extremely unprofessionally. As a result, we left with even more concern for the dog's condition than we had come. The impression is extremely negative. There may be good specialists in this clinic, but we were unlucky with the approach and attitude.
