Terribly slow service. The doctor (an older Russian woman) is busy with some extraneous matters of his own, answers incoming calls, accepts delivery from a courier, goes out with his questions, etc. When asked to speed up the appointment, he responds that he accepts as much as he can. As a result, a huge queue accumulates, and the doctor is in no hurry. He says I always have a long queue because I am a very good specialist. The reception eventually lasts more than an hour, of which you can actually spend no more than 10-15 minutes. I hope I've been here for the first and last time.
