We went to this clinic with a dog in an emergency situation. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the quality of service. The first doctor, without waiting for the results of the tests and not really understanding the condition of the animal, immediately gave an injection “from the heart”, without explaining why and on what basis. This raised serious doubts about our competence. Later, we were accepted by another specialist — and, frankly, his behavior left us feeling completely inadequate. He spoke to us sharply, interrupted us, did not allow us to ask questions, and generally behaved extremely unprofessionally. As a result, we left with even more concern for the dog's condition than we had come. The impression is extremely negative. There may be good specialists in this clinic, but we were unlucky with the approach and attitude.

I treated a sick cat, and the veterinarian is taking it very slowly. She did an ultrasound scan, but before she finished examining my cat, she starts looking at another animal. I'm just saying, you finish with us, and then watch the others. She ends up with that cat anyway, and when I make a second remark, she throws me out into the hallway. We passed the tests, paid the money, and as a result, the veterinarian says, "I won't treat you." The main thing here is not to help the animal, but your own ambitions.
