I rarely write angry reviews, but I can't help but share them. The story happened about 4-5 years ago. Looking back, I realize how many mistakes were made by these doctors. And maybe the outcome would have been different.
I'll start with the background: the cat started urinating on the bed, then an admixture of blood appeared in the urine. The diagnosis was made without taking urine even)) urolithiasis. It was indeed subsequently confirmed.
We IMMEDIATELY had a catheter inserted. They insisted that there was no other option. Although I repeat: having gone through the rigmarole with all clinics, I can say with confidence, NEVER PUT A CATHETER DURING THE FIRST ATTACK.
The catheter helped for exactly one month, and I had a relapse. And we had this catheter inserted 5 times. It is worth mentioning that cats already have a very narrow urethra. They crippled her so that the passage narrowed to the impossible. In another clinic, an MRI scan showed a little passage through which urine was supposed to go. The cat was maimed. And they did everything for profit. The equipment is old. I do not recommend it if you have a serious medical condition.

I would like to express my deep gratitude to Vadim Fedorovich for the timely assistance provided to our dog. We arrived with a big problem for an examination, but as it turned out, we had to have an operation. The operation was performed immediately, despite the fact that they take it by appointment (we just came for an examination, the operation lasted about 1.5 hours). I want to note that the dog is an ordinary mongrel, which is not washed, not combed and did not smell very nice from her, the DOCTOR did not even twist his nose in any way.
After the operation, they came for a checkup several more times, and received telephone consultations between checkups.
In addition to the dog, they also brought a cat to the bonfire, but these are generally filming.
As a result, everything is fine with our dog and cat, and it is very pleasant that the veterinarian is very happy for his patients and for his work done.

How was it impossible to notice the wound on the dog's body when measuring the temperature? The dog wasn't even a year old. Due to an incorrect diagnosis, lost time for treatment of a non-existent disease, the dog died... complete unprofessionalism. Pay attention to this when something serious happens to your pets. The maximum of these doctors is to get a tick. And get more money from people!

As a result, we went to another clinic, they did a scraping and it turned out that it was not lichen, but a skin mite. According to vakoderm, they said that this is an outdated vaccine with a strong side effect, it is better not to use it. As a result, a lot of money, nerves due to an incorrect diagnosis, and vaccines, the reviews of which are extremely negative, almost killed the dog.

Never take your pets to this clinic if you want them to live especially with Vadim Fedorovich. (There are no questions for the second veterinarian, since he determined the age and illness of the first stray cat).
The cat was brought to him on 31.10.22, the cat, as she did not eat or drink water. She was feeling sick. The doctor took a blood test and did a biopsy.. According to the results, he said that the tests were good and that she had poisoning. After that, he began to pick at her. They drove him for 3 days in a row to prick and feed him, since the cat did not drink or eat.On the 3rd day in the morning, she was brought back to inject the solution and feed...He looked into the cat's mouth and stated that she had a chemical burn. And he added, "now it's clear what to treat." I prescribed phytospray and Almox. During the day, the cat only got worse. We brought the vet clinic back and there was already another veterinarian, where she was injected (Ringer-Locke solution) and asked to take her temperature. The temperature was already 36.5. After arriving home, the cat was dying in front of my eyes. We urgently decided to take him to another clinic. After looking at the tests and the cat's mouth, the veterinarian immediately determined that she had an infection. But since the "miracle veterinarian" treated a completely different person for 3 days and there was absolutely no time left to save her. The vet clinic fought for her life to the last, but it was too late and she died there in front of our eyes. Although, if her temperature had risen a little, she could still have been saved. They were ready to give any money just to be saved.
We also had a similar situation with this clinic a month ago. They picked up a stray cat and wanted to treat it. Again, this veterinarian Vadim Fedorovich also treated him. I made the wrong diagnosis and age..only when the second veterinarian was already there, he called him over and told him "what did you tell them, that the cat is young, if he is old" And opening the cat's mouth immediately said that he had an infection, since the tongue was white and had pimples. The cat died that day. It was a pity and they did not betray the value, since the cat was street and really did not know what was sick. But when a domestic cat died and there were the same symptoms after the treatment of this "miracle veterinarian", they realized that they really took cats there to kill for their money.
PS Think a hundred times how to take your pet to this clinic. . Especially to Vadim Fedorovich!

If you want to kill your animal, come here!! Disgusting attitude, the cat had an inflamed stomach, was sick. They called by phone and explained the urgency of the situation. When we arrived, the attitude of the veterinarian was just terrible. I did anything but watch the animal. There was a young girl (possibly an intern) who even tried to draw the doctor's attention to the seriousness of the situation. After a long time, the male doctor deigned to look at the cat. (And all this time he had headphones in his ear and was talking on the phone) At first glance, he realized that she had an ankology and that's it, they say, go away, I won't do anything to you. When I asked about painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, they interrupted me and pointed to the door.
The conclusion from the situation is absolute negligence, we did not receive any help and constant absolute indifference.
At another clinic, the cat was given injections and booked for further appointments and services.
It is truly a pity that we have such clinics with indifferent employees.

It's terrible!!! They advised me to sterilize my Chihuahua, like prolong the dog's life, I agreed. I did an ultrasound of the heart on Chelyuskintsev at the clinic, everything showed perfectly there! I brought her for surgery, they gave me an injection of anesthesia, I went outside, in forty minutes I'm coming back for my pet ....., she's lying dead on the table!!! My heart stopped. I ask, how did the ultrasound do this...? Do you know what Vadim Fedorovich told me??? "it happens, I took so long........" and sent me home.... He wasn't saving a life, he was busy.... There's a queue in the hallway, there's money..... A week has passed, I can't come to my senses. These are not doctors.....
