I would like to share our deep words of gratitude to the veterinary clinic "4 paws" and personally to Dr. Alexander Gennadievich. This team of professionals performed a real miracle, saving our beloved cat Simba. Simba was admitted to their clinic in critical condition: with a possible foreign object in his intestines. Before that, we went to several other clinics, where after numerous ultrasounds and X-rays, no one was able to make a correct diagnosis. However, it was Alexander Gennadyevich's team that showed true professionalism and sensitivity to the animal's health, identifying the problem and starting treatment on time — he was determined to fight for the life of our cat to the end. His perseverance and determination became a light of hope for us. Despite the infection and deteriorating condition, he fought to the last and literally got Simba out of the world! The whole team fought for our cat's life like never before. We have not come up with such words with which we could say words of gratitude to these people! Thank you so much, Dr. Alexander Gennadievich, and your entire team for your skill, genuine care, and love for our younger brothers. I bow low to you for this priceless gift — the life of our furry friend! Alexander Gennadievich is a very competent specialist and a wonderful person who worries about his patients, as well as their owners. From the very beginning, we made the wrong choice - we turned to Vet Help. We brought our Cornish Rex to this office with our own hands. After FOUR days of dripping in the hospital, a dehydrated animal was brought to this one!!! (Creatinine increased from 300 units to 1,500). As it turned out, the medicine did not enter the vein, but poured under his stomach!!!! And we couldn't figure out why he was wet!!! The cat was not treated, blood pressure was not measured, but they gave us an expensive dietary supplement under the guise of medicine. Let our Richard dream of Mr. Semeshchenka V.V. - the "great healer" - in the most terrible dreams.

He prescribed an antibiotic, an antiemetic and diarrhea, prescribed, or rather he injected it all, Liarsin (a drug for constipation ) , he injected an animal with diarrhea, more than two months and with kidney failure. The dog was treated in this clinic, she had epilepsy attacks, initially the impression of the clinic was good, but we were very wrong, Borisov was contacted twice and each time no tests, droppers, only injections, after doctor's appointments the dog got worse, after 1.5 days we went to the clinic in Zhodino (in Borisov by for some reason, neither an ultrasound nor a blood test could be taken) there they took expensive useless tests from her + prescribed drugs, the attack was never stopped, they did not even offer to put an IV (the dog had severe intoxication and did not eat for 3-4 days) they sent us home, they gave us hope, they constantly said that everything would be fine, the dog would live, and when she was gone, chapters. the doctor quickly "changed his shoes" and retracted his words, I am disappointed with this clinic and regret that we entrusted the life of our ponytail to these specialists. I do not recommend going there.
