I want to share my positive experience of visiting the veterinary clinic "Chance". We went there with the problem of our pet's health, and the specialists provided us with highly qualified assistance.
I would like to note separately the professionalism and care of the veterinarian Anna Vladimirovna. She was always polite and patient, answered all our questions and explained how to take care of our dog. And most importantly, she correctly diagnosed and prescribed the right treatment, which led to a rapid recovery. I was also pleased with the cozy atmosphere of the clinic and comfortable conditions for animals.
We were satisfied with the quality of service and are glad that we chose this particular clinic. We recommend Chance to anyone who is looking for a reliable and experienced veterinarian for their pet.

I do not recommend this clinic!!! 07/20/2024. I brought my cat to the Chance clinic for the first time, only because there is an ultrasound. After we had been in line for 1.5 hours with a sick cat. We were received by Yarovaya Anna Vladimirovna. We had an ultrasound and a blood test, but the diagnosis was never made. She said that her kidneys were enlarged, but there was no cirrhosis of the liver. According to her, since the kidneys are enlarged, it means we will treat the liver, prescribed a bunch of medications, injections and pills. They charged me 6016 rubles for everything. But on the morning of 07/22/2024, he stopped eating and his paws parted when he tried to walk. I took him straight to the Veterinary Clinic, which is located on Plekhanov street, Donetsk, 70. By the way, it's a great clinic. They immediately told me that his kidneys had already failed. I was shocked. How is it that after ultrasound and tests, this illiterate Spring Anna Vladimirovna could not see that the cat had kidneys. So, out of ignorance, she decided to treat her liver in order to somehow pump out money. 07/22/2024 I buried my cat Roni. If you value the life and health of your pet, think a hundred times before contacting them at the clinic.

The boors work alone! A one-year-old dog urgently needed help, water got into his ear, and began to flow. The baby whines, does not let you touch, it is obvious that it hurts. We spent a lot of money on a taxi from another city, arrived 10 minutes before closing time, hoping to at least buy drops. They just threw us out the door, saying, "Come at 9:00 tomorrow, it's already closed." We agree, we arrived a little late, but from the puppy age we were treated and vaccinated there, not from the street, and still they didn't even sell the fucking drops, explaining that it might be neglected otitis media, we need to take a bunch of tests, and now no one will do it. Thank you very much, God forbid something serious would happen. An excellent private clinic, where only money is charged.
