I saw an advertisement for this clinic on the Internet, and received a recommendation from a veterinarian named Savitsky among my dog lovers. He helped my breeder's pet a lot by urgently providing professional assistance in diagnosis and treatment. Unfortunately, I also needed veterinary help. Arrived. I don't have the doctor I need on shift (it only happens on Wednesdays), the corridor is full of people, the female doctor physically can't see everyone. I am shocked that with such a schedule of doctors, the clinic advertises. The breeder claims that previously there were always three doctors on shift (one of whom is a man, which in my opinion is important when manipulating a heavy large dog). We're at a loss, and the people who recommended the clinic to me are worried that they won't be able to get help when they need it. I don't want to look for another clinic — I really liked this one, I had a feeling of confidence in case of an emergency. Now I guess I'll have to look for another one...

We treat a dog here, the doctors are really good and the prices are reasonable. However, the new work schedule has paralyzed the possibility of rapid diagnosis. This is a critical flaw! Since December 1, the ultrasound doctor has now performed only once a week, which means that an ultrasound scan cannot be performed on the day of treatment. In case of an acute problem, this is unacceptable. The clinic's management should urgently reconsider this decision. Until the problem is solved, I'm lowering the rating.
