First. I didn't like the doctors' attitude towards my dog. As the commentators said, they don't like your dogs here, it's true. Phrases like "it's a dog," "what's going to happen to her?" and "taking her by the skin is in the order of things." Bandaging the muzzle tightly with a bandage during sedation - is this the last century? No, you'll find it here, to hell with our size-matched muzzle, let's tighten the bandage like a tourniquet. After the procedure, she asked to remove the bandage, "why? Let it be," she said about blood circulation, not to mention humanity, the doctors staged a clowning about how their blood circulation suffers with gloves, they began to make demonstrative films and laugh, "someone would take care of us." I don't care about you, my dog is my friend, don't treat her like a pig in a slaughterhouse. Second. Unsanitary conditions. There is no disinfection, there is no cleanliness in the room, someone's dog is lying in the operating room. I am silent about tools and devices from the last century, there is no modern equipment. The third. Before the operation, I ask - do I need to donate blood, do an ultrasound of the heart? Laughter in response. Am I joking? Without even weighing the dog, the doctor injected a sedative into the eye. The dog was knocked down until morning, she could not come to her senses, could not walk, went to the toilet under herself, recovered the next day. Was the dog hurt during the procedure? Yes. Is it scary or uncomfortable? Yes. If you only look at the functionality of the doctors, bring them, if you also look at the human attitude towards you and the animal, for a moment, for your money, then avoid this place.

I asked an emergency question (the cat had something stuck in its mouth), they immediately accepted and helped, they took out a thread, we are very grateful!!! Previously, we also contacted the clinic for various issues and always helped us competently.
