Doctors are polite, competent, and friendly to animals. They work fast. It is possible to call a doctor to carry out procedures at home - bandages, injections, ivs, treatments and it is very convenient. There is an online pet consultation and this is also a plus when it is not possible to transport the animal to the clinic for examination.
They saved several of my pets - for which all the staff and Dr. Ramadan himself are very grateful.
