My husband ordered a bouquet and a Scandinavian cake for me through this store for Valentine's Day, and I was pleasantly surprised! The bouquet arrived on time, even if it was a little different from the picture on the website, but the flowers were fresh and smelled amazing. I expected that something might go wrong, since I ordered from another country, but everything went perfectly. The surprise was not only in the colors, but also in this wonderful salmon cake — just an explosion of flavors! The combination with the bouquet made the day special. The store staff was polite, the delivery was fast and accurate. The only thing was that the bouquet didn't have quite as many large roses as I expected, but overall the composition was gorgeous. I am very pleased that my husband chose this particular store, they really know how to please their customers.

High prices and low level of service. There are two people in the cabin and no one pays any attention to you. Moreover, when they decided on their own choice (not that no one asked how to help, no one even greeted them in response), they announced the order to the girls, no one reacted. I took the flowers only because there was a very limited time. Although they noticed me when I was already looking for other flower shops nearby.
The choice of flowers was small, the prices were high, but I liked the flowers themselves. Low rating for the quality of service and customer service

I strongly advise against ordering wedding bouquets from them. They will make something even remotely different from the bouquet they ordered, half of the flowers will be removed without approval (the price will remain the same), and they will not be focused on helping to fix the situation. As a result, I had to urgently apply for another flower in the evening before the painting. After that, I tried to figure out why such a situation became possible - in response, I received only a tirade that it was my own fault.

At 8.40 am, there was no master, but only an assistant, who was quite useless: I couldn't tell you about the set of flowers in the bouquet, because I'm not a master, the purchased flowers are packed unimportantly, because the packaging fell apart almost immediately.
