Upon arrival, we were told that this specialist (therapist) does not deal with coughing, and our record is not confirmed at all, so we will not accept you, go look for another clinic. Although the dog was standing and coughing phlegm right in the clinic, he was shaking all over from stress, I asked for napkins to clean up after him while we were waiting for Madame from the reception, so that she would just tell us that, yes, we signed up in the morning, and our record was not confirmed, and their website did not indicate specialization narrow specialists. Well, like that's how their website works. Are you serious??? Why is there no schedule on the website for the specialization of your doctors to the narrowest ones, but only their specialty is indicated. I took a ticket to a free therapist, but as a result, we were refused admission to a patient who urgently needed help! When asked to examine the dog by another doctor, because he has a very bad cough, he can't even eat or drink because of it, we were told that all specialists were scheduled, no one would see us, although there was not a single person in the clinic at that moment at all. In general, they refused us at the reception, saying: "Go to another clinic, maybe they will accept you there." In other words, you create the prerequisites for patients to leave you for other clinics. Very customer-oriented. This is a vet clinic! As a result, we ran to the Neovet clinic nearby, where they helped us: they accepted us, despite the fact that we were without an appointment, and there were patients in the clinic, examined, and prescribed treatment. I would not recommend the Vetmed clinic at 115 Vostochnaya Street to anyone. I'll never go there myself again. The fact that the administration writes here that doctors take an ambulance, they will always provide it to you - do not believe it. There is no customer orientation, there is no help. The madam at the reception, smiling, refused and sent her on her way. I sincerely wish this clinic as many clients as they had at the time of our arrival. The job was announced from 9:00 a.m., there was a ticket for 9:00 a.m., but in fact the reception came into view at ten o'clock, the clinic was empty, the doors were open, they greeted the emptiness. Run away from there if you wish health and long life to your pets! Those who write reviews for a 5% discount - think about it, because a similar situation may affect you!

I registered the cat for vaccination on 06/28/2024. On the phone and upon arrival, they announced to me the price in (rounded up) 31 rubles. During the examination and conversation with the veterinarian, we decided to make a passport, this is + 4 rubles. Accordingly, the final cost was supposed to be 35 rubles. As a result, after the procedure, they announced to me the cost of (again, let's round it up) 45 rubles, the administrator referred to "the vaccine has probably gone up in price." And how do you sell services without knowing the prices? It's unpleasant, it's over.

We contacted this clinic for a very specific issue: to give a kitten a serum injection. When I signed up, I specifically clarified the cost of the service, told in detail that it would be a serum, that it should be administered with a preliminary injection of diphenhydramine. I was answered with 3 rubles injection + consumables. We arrived, we brought the serum with us. The kitten was injected with diphenhydramine in 2 stages after 15 minutes. It was necessary to wait 15 minutes between the diphenhydramine and the serum. Having nothing else to do, the doctor suggested taking the kitten's temperature: "maybe you should at least take the temperature?" We replied that we monitor the temperature several times a day, it has already been measured today, "but if you have nothing to do, measure it." Then the baby was injected with a serum, I paid off and drove home as soon as possible. I already looked at the receipt at home and saw that in addition to the cost of injections of 3 * 3 rubles, the cost of syringes, we were charged another 7 rubles for "measuring animal indicators". Are you serious? - for the fact that a thermometer was inserted under the tail of the baby (by the way, quite rudely) to take 7 rubles??!! My call to us was "why weren't we warned how much such a service would cost before providing it without our request?" - the administrator replied that we ourselves had to look at the site how much such a service costs, and this is how it is paid in all clinics. If, even with a simple request, services are imposed, the cost of which is almost 100% of the cost of the main one, then what should we expect when contacting for a more serious reason? I highly do not recommend this clinic.

A couple of years ago, they decided never to go to this clinic again - after the skinning of the crusts from the surgical suture - without anesthesia, so then the animal could not recover from the pain for almost a day. Recently, I had to do an X-ray - frankly, terrible pictures that are not suitable for diagnosis (our veterinarian was very surprised by such a negligent attitude to work).

They contacted an age-old rat about failing hind legs and heavy breathing, the doctor prescribed calcium gluconate 10% (which, as it turned out later, negatively affects the kidneys) without issuing a prescription, they had to return for it, a comment was given that the rat was of age and advice to visit a neurologist. After 2 injections of calcium, the pet became worse, they tried to resuscitate it in another vet clinic and said that the kidneys were failing, as a result, the pet died. Draw your own conclusions, but I strongly advise against this clinic.
