We applied to this veterinary clinic twice, the first time was an examination, the second time was the sterilization of a cat for 9 months. We were very worried, as this is generally the first pet and the first stress about such an operation. The procedure was quick, and at the same time the tooth that had not fallen out was removed while the anesthesia was on, the male doctor works with an assistant - a young, friendly girl, gave recommendations on medications, injected the cat with anesthesia. An hour after they brought the cat and took it away, she came to her senses at home, the first day is always difficult. After a couple of days, she was already running around as if nothing had happened. The blanket was worn for 12 days, and painkillers and antibiotics were also given in tablets. A month and a half has passed, the seam is not even noticeable, the pet feels great! Thank you for your professionalism and friendly attitude!

The operation cost 90 rubles + the cost of antibiotics and painkillers, which she gave at home after the operation. The same amount was announced previously by phone. He takes prices out of his head. There are no prices for medicines. I don't recommend it, avoid it.

I will say that this clinic uses cheap anesthesia for everything, even where it cannot be used. They brought a dog for tooth extraction, a lot of rotten ones and this affected the dog's lifestyle, cleaning, etc. did not help. I must say right away that the dog was bought with such teeth, we did not bring it to this. To remove it, they gave anesthesia, which is given during surgery, which is strictly prohibited, do not be surprised why this procedure is cheap in this clinic. A completely different anesthesia should be given, we had no idea that they would do general anesthesia and would not take the dog out of this state and give it away. The dog is an expensive breed and no money was spared for treatment. As a result, the dog came out of anesthesia and began to suffocate and turn blue, we did not take her to the clinic. A perfectly healthy dog died in the child's arms, to which this doctor, who was not up to it, said it happens (without comment), returned the money for the service and that was it. I went home to do my own thing. As a result, pulmonary edema is a consequence of improper anesthesia. The attitude is like on a conveyor belt. I do not recommend this clinic, and as it turned out, our case is not an isolated one.

She began to treat 2 tablets / day according to his prescriptions. After the first meal, the dog threw up.In the evening, they gave me a second pill and vomited again, only this time with an attack (the dog had never had this before). I realized that these pills were making her feel worse, and the next day I gave her our first medicine. The dog did not get up at night. In the afternoon, when I tried to let her go to the toilet, I realized that she was unable to stand on her paws.The body became like a corpse…At the same time, the dog was twitching from unshaven convulsions. I called the clinic again. The consultant pinned the blame on me, the sex was changed to an antibiotic - YOU CAN'T DO THIS!Although it was their doctor who initially changed our medicine. After explaining the whole situation, I asked them the question ‘can the dog be saved?’, I heard the approval. An hour later, the dog was given 2 injections.She passed away during the night. And if earlier prices were still somehow democratic, then recently they have become at the level of a multidisciplinary animal clinic. When paying, there was never a contract or any explanation of the cost of services. Only the cash receipt, where only the total amount. The clinic looks more like a barn, and it's not much inside either. Communication is also peculiar. The doctor, it seems to me, is only interested in money, and not in helping animals. With such prices, not everyone will go to treat an animal. Pay about 100 rubles. for a 7-minute consultation and standard medications, it is expensive (the price of medicines in the amount of 35 rubles. on average on the Internet). So the four-legged ones often remain without help...
